**What do you like best about OpenOs?**

I really loved the support and flexiblity I got in terms of feature additions and requests of data formats while using OpenOS. Also in addition to this, the setup process, was straight forward and only took 30 mins at my end.

**What do you dislike about OpenOs?**

Since I was an initial user, the number of integrations available was not that much, but the data export feature made it easy to understand and use the data on other platforms as well.

**What problems is OpenOs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As our team did not have any data analysts in the begining, OpenOS was the only sureshot way to get accurate predictive analytics for our clients. This helped our D2C Clients in understanding how well the performance ads are working now, and also their impact later down the line. The ease of use also enabled us in delivering great reports, as well as fairly accurate results to over 5 clients.

**What do you like best about OpenOs?**

How easy it is to connect with your database and make sense of your data. It literally took me 4 mins to connect Google Analytics and I was good to go.

**What do you dislike about OpenOs?**

There are a couple of integrations missing, but I'm sure that can be fixed later in the future.

**What problems is OpenOs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenOS helps in making predictive analytics easier to understand. Our team was trying to crack that for over a month, to understand user retention.

OpenOS has made it easier for teams to use machine learning.
