The UI was simple enough to use, it generated stuff in a "reasonable" time frame (at least as far as gen AI goes), it was fairly well integrated with other platforms for sharing or cross-posting and it was originally a cool proof of concept for AI, I guess, but pretty much everything else about this product was terrible. There's no real use case or problem it solves, it introduces a lot of AI slop to the world and reduces cognition of people, it adopts the same predatory model a tiktok and other short form video platforms. In terms of pricing, I can't think of anyone who would've paid for this. It was definitely not a killer app for openAI. In terms of onboarding, it was simple enough, can't say anything groundbreaking about it though. In terms of AI, it's about the worst displays of AI ever. I can only hope that this technology stops being developed for the good of all humanity. **What do you dislike about Sora?** Pretty much everything about it.
