It also helps save cost. Tracking software usage helps me see which software is used more and which is not used. License management helps avoid extra licenses and saves cost. It can be used with other tools like reporting or IT management systems to analyze software usage and manage licenses better. The initial setup is very easy that anybody can do it. **What do you dislike about Open iT Software Suite?** Sometimes the interface is complex and takes a lot of time. The interface could be more simple and easier to navigate. Clear menus and better guides for new users would help reduce the time to understand the software. **What problems is Open iT Software Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Open iT Software Suite to monitor software usage and track licenses, which helps manage software resources, reduce extra costs, and optimize license costs. ### 2. And in view of this data, you can clearly see if there is software with a very low or even nonexistent level of use, for which it is not worth maintaining the subscription or renewing the license. It also warns you of licenses that are about to expire, and that you must renew to avoid problems in their use. **What do you dislike about Open iT Software Suite?** The customer service is a bit slow to respond, even to relatively simple issues. **Recommendations to others considering Open iT Software Suite:** It must be taken into account that this is software intended to be used by engineers or qualified personnel. It takes a little time to set it up correctly, but once this is done, it becomes an essential (and very profitable) tool for deciding which licenses to buy and renew. **What problems is Open iT Software Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are licenses that are very expensive, and a tool like Open iT LicenseAnalyzer allows you to pay only for those you really need and use.
