It requires software subscription contracts (usually annual) and many of its key features or more robust international scopes are hidden behind high enterprise payment plans.

As a manager of an international client portfolio, I integrated &Open directly into my CRM to manage anniversary gifts. Now, when the date arrives, the system automatically sends the client an email with a gift link.

I used &Open's on demand platform to give gifts to my team this Christmas.

The platform was exceptionally easy to use, the selection of gifts allowed me to choose items for my team that I knew they would appreciate and use. All in a matter of minutes.

Their response was wonderful, heartfelt thanks and pictures of them using their gifts over the holidays with their families and loved ones. That hasn't happened with any gifting I've done in the past.

The gifting options in some markets are better than others.

**What do you like best about &Open?**

The team in &Open really took the time to understand our brand, our needs and our gifting goals. They cultivated several gifting options and even designed some bespoke pieces for our top-tier options which all really reflected our brand.

Historically we'd reserved &Open for our more expensive upper-echelon gifting opportunities, and the fact that they not only provide that, but are expanding into some of the equally important and transactional 'swag' level options is great, and means we can displace other vendors we've had to keep until now.

The end-user experience &Open strive for makes sure that your customers are already primed for a delightful experience from the get-go. Such a good brand.

**What do you dislike about &Open?**

The top tier bespoke gifting from &Open is unmatched, but runs expensive. It's worth it, but meant it needed to be reserved for key opportunities with your key accounts, with other vendors being required for most other gifting opps.

New movement into more cost-effective options means this is less of a bugbear though, and I'm excited to see where this takes them.

**What problems is &Open solving and how is that benefiting you?**

&Open solves a common use case in a really uncommon way. In B2B Saas, there's a normalised distance between you and your customer. Breaking through this digital barrier in any way you can does a lot to humanise your brand and solidify relationships in a way that shows you care about the customer experience. 

Doing this from scratch is difficult, and working with &Open means you can leverage the minds, hearts and creativity of folks who care as a career. They really take the time to work with you and amplify the brand, care and outcomes in ways you'd be unlikely to achieve on your own.

**What do you like best about &Open?**

The interface is extremely user friendly (especially after the recent upgrade) and I love how I can send gifts withing just 2 minutes. Also, I believe one of their main USPa is their excellent customer service - it makes the overall experience even more enjoyable.

**What do you dislike about &Open?**

I don't think there is any specific downside, the only thing I would imrpove is the gift offer based on price range, I would offer more options at a lower price point.

**What problems is &Open solving and how is that benefiting you?**

&Open has helped to optimised staff gitings and has made the overall 'procedure' more efficient. I look after staff engagement and recognition and part of the role is to look after staff giftings - before discovering &Open I used to spend over 10 minutes/ employee when organising giftings. With &Open the time has now dropped to 2 minutes. Another extremely useful feature has been the satisfaction survey, I find this tool very useful and it helps me better understand what the team like and dislike.

&Open was simple to use and has a wide array of gifts. One cool feature is that we can pick a few options and let our client decide. They also don't have to share their address with us directly. Considering how many people work from home nowadays, this feature was particularly helpful.

The initial email from &Open did confuse one or two clients that were worried it was a scam, so they could potentially better personalize the emails with our logo so the receiver is clear it's a gift from us.

We wanted an easier way to ensure that we gift effectively for our clients and that we send them something that they'll actually enjoy. It ensures we send great gifts that surprise and delight and say thank you!

**What do you like best about &Open?**

I've been working with &Open for a couple of years now and have collaborated with them on various projects. The size of the projects have ranged from gifting 10 people to a few thousand people. &Open does a great job of offering an array of products that feel very elevated. The gifts I've developed with them have turned out beautifully -- they always feel thoughtfully curated from the packaging to the content inside. I also appreciate their creative direction and guidance on design elements. They have been wonderful partners and extremely flexible with my team.

**What do you dislike about &Open?**

Some products can be expensive at times, which is something we have to consider when we are developing a gift box with multiple items. They do a great job at keeping our budget in mind and the items are high-quality, but sometimes pricing can be a barrier.

Gifting was a manual process for our team, and as we've grown as a company, &Open has allowed us to save a lot of time with sending a gift to a customer. We've been able to develop better gifts, gift at a larger scale, and collect customer feedback which has been extremely important in informing our future gift development.

It's a smooth and easy process to send gifts to customers, employees, partners that are spread out across the globe. For the receiver, it feels like a really high quality experience from email recieved to gift opened.

Nice variety of swag vendors that have been vetted and well thought out. Appreciate that quality and sustainability are an emphasis. 

Team that is easy to work with, open to brainstorming together, and responsive and communicative on Slack.

**What do you dislike about &Open?**

Gifts at a lower price point would make the barrier to entry / continued use of the platform easier, especially for small companies.

For us, we don't have a need to send any gifts that aren't branded. To see more of a variety of clothing/branded items would be great. That being said, the team always works to source exactly what you need if they don't already have it available!

Minimum order numbers for certain products can be high if you'er looking for just a few items of something.

**What problems is &Open solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have employees and customers dispersed across the world so wanted an easy way to send welcome/thank you gifts. The company also meets up quarterly in person and swag is a big and fun part of this experience. We were looking for a vendor we could partner with for both use cases. Buildling a relationship with the team and knowing that it would be both quality swag and a quality experience for the recipient were really important. &Open also handles all the shipping logistics which allows us to relax for our events and customer gifts.

It's easy to use and the company take feedback so well and implement it which I think just keeps enhancing their offering. Our account manager (Cheryl) is amazing too and really has supported us throughout!

The price of the gifts is quite high, would love to see some cheaper alternatives on there. As well as looking at combining the on demand store plus your own store.

What I appreciate most about &Open is its remarkably user-friendly interface. I can now send gifts within just two minutes, which is incredibly convenient. Moreover, one of their standout features is their excellent customer service, which adds to the overall enjoyable experience.

In terms of improvements, I don't have any major complaints about &Open. However, if I were to suggest one enhancement, it would be to expand the gift options available at lower price points. This would provide more variety and accommodate different budget preferences.

I appreciate &Open's commitment to sustainability. It's great to see a company that not only values its customers but also cares about the environment and the community. They consistently add value to their customers by improving their offerings and introducing new features, and their user interface is beautiful. 
My favorite part is their recently launched on-demand flexible gifting option perfect for those who want to send a gift without committing to a monthly subscription or a minimum order quantity. It's great to have the flexibility to send gifts on an as-needed basis without any hassle.

I think that expanding their reach to more countries that support shipping would be a significant improvement for customers like myself.

We use &Open for both internal gifting as well as for gifting our customers. It has a really easy-to-use and delightful interface that allows you to send a gift in a matter of minutes.

Nothing majorly to dislike. If I was to say one thing, it would be having a few more cheaper options and options for Europe which don't include expensive delivery.

Being able to send multiple gifts to multiple locations around the world. Not needing to package and send everything manually. Having a great selection of unique gifts that I don't need to spend lots of time finding myself.

It has a good selection of gifts that can be shared around the world. Options that are given are good quality and the pricing is very fair. You can shortlist the gifts which the receiving person can choose so it feels personalised, but you can also control the budget.

I haven't encountered any downsides. I would like all the benefits of their premium offering, but just haven't reached that stage yet.

It is so hard to manage gifting customers, &Open just made it easy and fun and our customers really loved their gifts.

I love using the &Open platform for gifting to people because you can offer recipients choices. No longer do I worry if they'll like the thing because they'll pick it themselves from a small set of options I pick.

**What do you dislike about &Open?**

I think finding unique, branded gifts for bigger gift campaigns can be difficult--though it's always hard to think outside of the box no matter what platform you use.

**What problems is &Open solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes gifting easy for recipients who I don't know too well. Because you can offer a few options for the recipient to select, you give them more agency and make sure they are really into the thing they receive, rather than wasting money on a gift that will just collect dust.

The user experience on the gift receiver side is really good. The flow is smooth, everything is seamless and beautiful.

**What do you dislike about &Open?**

The on-demand version lacks some important management tools. Ordering in bulk, receipts in bulk, and the flow of choosing gifts can be improved. Though the support i great, they always try to help and solve any challenges.

We don't have our users address and &Open makes it very easy for us to operate gift gifting without the need for inventory, processing and shipping hassle.

&Open offers a super elegant solution for making gifting easy, meaningful and thoughtful. It solves two major issues that I find when gifting; 1. how to get the gift to the recipient (&Open handles all of this) and 2; how to choose the right gift (&Open solves this through its highly differentiated gift options, which allows the recipient to choose).

**What do you dislike about &Open?**

They have an amazing number of vendors in the US, but the UK offering is not yet as mature as that of the US. They will build this offering over time.

**What problems is &Open solving and how is that benefiting you?**

&Open makes our gifting personalised, easy and thoughtful. We don't need to know all the delivery details of the recipient, nor do we need to worry about any data issues as &Open handles this.

It also allows for choice, we can gift both physical, digital and donations as a gift. This gives not just us flexibility, but the recipient too.

Easy to use interface and I love that all you need is an email address or that it will generate a link for you. No need to have the recipients delivery address.

The gift selection for Ireland at least is somewhat limited. What they do have is great but maybe a few more options.

I enjoy the gifting experience end-to-end. From selecting the gifts, sharing and tracking the gifts, it's a slick UI/UX and very easy to use.

Being nit picky I'd say that the range of gifts is limited. Although 90% are on point, I think it's lacking some workplace appropriate gifts.

choice and range of gifts - immediacy of sending and the fact the customer can choose their preference means I know they will get something they like and appreciate

Even more gift ranges would be great other than that no complaints

Rewarding clients is difficult particular in remote environments where I don't have home addresses and only email.  &Open provides thoughtful beautiful gifts at a number of price ranges and the customer can choose their own gift which is great.

The &Open team is great to work with, they're fast, efficient and creative. Their gift selection is large and can serve various occasions. I've used them for direct mailing campaigns to prospects and customers.
