Workflows are the most powerful feature in Oomnitza. We have over 80 workflows running on a scheduled or as-needed basis. Each workflow brings a piece of specific automation to remove daily repetitive and tasks with automation.

We use Oomnitza as the single source of truth for all IT assets across our organization. It lets us consolidate our hardware assets into one system and automatically pulls data from multiple tools, which helps eliminate fragmented systems and scattered information. Oomnitza also automates workflows that support documentation, making our reporting more accurate and consistent. The UI/UX is simple to use and the Customer Success Agents are there to assist whenever you need them.

What I like most is the flexibility and integration depth. From an engineering standpoint, Oomnitza isn’t just an asset database — it’s a true aggregation and automation layer. I can normalize data across Jamf, Intune, Tanium, SentinelOne, Okta, etc., and actually act on that data through workflows and APIs. It’s highly customizable, which makes it powerful for building real operational processes instead of just reporting. The team is also very collaborative and receptive to feedback, which has made implementation smoother.
