**What do you like best about Oodles Technologies?**

Their sales pitch. They are excellent at selling expertise they do not have. They promised two senior developers and one QA engineer with 3+ years of Odoo 18 experience. That was convincing enough to get us to sign. Unfortunately, that is where the positive experience ends entirely.

**What do you dislike about Oodles Technologies?**

Everything after the sales call. They staffed our project with a junior developer who had less than a year of experience. Their PM repeatedly claimed the system was "ready" when it was fundamentally broken. The Balance Sheet never balanced. Payment terms never worked. Posted journal entries disappeared overnight. Four months in, we discovered they had built a parallel inventory system that bypassed core Odoo triggers and had to scrap it entirely. Their own developer eventually admitted that configuring the Chart of Accounts, a standard day-one task, "breaks the core of Odoo." When we terminated and demanded a refund, they revoked our access to all meeting recordings and shared folders to suppress evidence of failed demos. $20,000 paid, five months wasted, zero usable output.

**Recommendations to others considering Oodles Technologies:**

Do not hire them. If you do, demand to interview the actual developers who will write your code, not the sales team. Verify their experience independently. Do not release milestone payments until your own team has tested and validated each deliverable. Store all meeting recordings on your own platform because they will revoke access if things go wrong. Document every chat message, every test result, and every failed demo. You will need it. We learned all of this the hard way at a cost of $20,000 and five months.

**What problems is Oodles Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None. We hired them to implement Odoo 18 ERP for our e-commerce operation, covering accounting, supply chain, and inventory management. After five months and $20,000, we received zero functional deliverables. The system they delivered was less functional than Excel. Our internal team rebuilt more in two weeks than Oodles produced in five months. They solved nothing and set us back significantly.
