Their sales pitch. They are excellent at selling expertise they do not have. They promised two senior developers and one QA engineer with 3+ years of Odoo 18 experience. Everything after the sales call. They staffed our project with a junior developer who had less than a year of experience. Their PM repeatedly claimed the system was "ready" when it was fundamentally broken. The Balance Sheet never balanced. Payment terms never worked. Posted journal entries disappeared overnight. Four months in, we discovered they had built a parallel inventory system that bypassed core Odoo triggers and had to scrap it entirely. Their own developer eventually admitted that configuring the Chart of Accounts, a standard day-one task, "breaks the core of Odoo." When we terminated and demanded a refund, they revoked our access to all meeting recordings and shared folders to suppress evidence of failed demos. $20,000 paid, five months wasted, zero usable output.
