Onyx CRM Reviews & Product Details

Onyx is an AI-powered CRM built specifically for life insurance agents and agencies in the United States. The platform combines lead management, automated follow-up, appointment booking, and AI-driven sales tools into a single system designed to help agents convert more leads and grow their book of business. Onyx uses AI across the entire sales lifecycle. Intelligent SMS appointment setting engages leads in natural, two-way conversations across seven insurance verticals - mortgage protection, final expense, IUL, annuity, life insurance, ACA/health, and Medicare. An AI lead resurrection bot re-engages cold or aged leads automatically, while AI call grading provides agents with real-time transcription and performance scoring on every dial. Voice AI capabilities handle inbound and outbound calls, qualifying prospects and booking appointments without agent involvement. The platform is built for agents at every stage - from solo producers managing their own pipeline to large agencies and enterprises onboarding hundreds of subaccounts. With three plan tiers (Core, Prime, and Elite), Onyx scales from essential CRM functionality to full AI and Voice AI automation.
