What do you dislike about OnSIP? The only thing I consider worth complaining about is the admin portal. I'd like more customizability, like sorting each column of data in the different sections by clicking on the headers. After switching from a landline system to VoIP a few years back, we've been way more flexible with how our employees access their phone lines, voicemails, etc. If we hadn't yet switched over to VoIP when the pandemic hit in 2020, I don't know what we would've done!
