The pricing cannot be beaten for phone service. We are using the service in a small manufacturing facility. I've managed the IT department of a similar sized organization and we were paying 10 times as much using a traditional phone service. The support team is very responsive. If you have an issue or a question, reach out to them. They respond right away. The service supports a wide range of IP phones. We are using Cisco phones on the network and they work great. Sometimes the setup of the phones can be a hassle. I've struggled to get some of the Cisco phones to adopt to the network. Not sure if it is a hardware problem or a problem with the service.
