The OnPay user experience is logical and descriptive which lead to less of my time onboarding & submitting. The connection to QuickBooks worked well AND worked immediately after my first submission. Additionally, my onboarding specialist actually reached out by phone (yes, in 2025!) to introduce herself and answer any questions. All in all - a solid and appreciated start!! What do you dislike about OnPay? OnPay's onboarding system seems drawn-out and clunky compared to other payroll providers. It it confusing for both our firm and our clients when they self-onboard. Setting up the 2-run payroll cycle for a bi-monthly payroll run on a month that is almost over is almost impossible without customer service's assistance. OnPay's opening the account for running payroll is not a quick process.
