I love that it sends automated delivery text notifications to customers, which allows them to communicate directly with the driver. It's not part of my job to build delivery routes, but it's helpful that it will suggest routes to you. The amount of features it has and the intuitive interface are so helpful to our team. Sometimes the backend of our website doesn't communicate well with Onfleet. It's probably an issue more on our end than theirs. Since I work in customer service, the most annoying thing is that some customers will not receive the delivery notification texts.
