Onfleet is one of the best software I have used to track the driver and deliver the products to the users. In this, we can manage the driver details and hierarchy under which the driver falls and auto-assign the order to them based on the region for which they are entered. In the custom development, we can also manage the order after checking which driver is busy and which is available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside I have seen (To be honest, nothing bad in my eyes) is that duplicate orders can come up and sometimes slip through as you start a route. Pros include on time and accurate billing to customers. Optional setting for drivers to take a picture give us the ability to provide proof that delivery was made and provide the location of where it was made on the jobsite. Tickets automatically review and automatically bill to our customers. We have had problems with on time billing in the past and pick tickets being lost or not returned following deliveries. Biggest downside is there is no record of what paths drivers take throughout the day. Onfleet will recommend the best way to the jobsite, but it does not recommend the best way back to the shop when deliveries are finished for the day.
