**What do you like best about Onfleet?**

We always require a photo for deliveries and it helps so much with customer inquiries or mis-deliveries. It's amazingly easy to use, integrates with our production software and we wouldn't have been able to scale without it.

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

When assigning drives, if you select 3 deliveries and assign to someone, the boxes stay checked. So you have to remember to clear the checkboxes before moving on to assigning someone else. Otherwise, the new assignments will have the same drivers as the last. I also want an easier way to end routes if a driver makes a mistake. right now they have to fail and the customer sees that and then we start again. The next level is too expensive, otherwise I would upgrade.

**What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves delivery and driver management. We have been able to increase our deliveries with OnFleet. We don't even have a maximum. If we can get the product made, OnFleet helps us get it delivered

**What do you like best about Onfleet?**

API integration with Dutchie has been crucial to the success of our delivery program. I love being able to track analytics by time and driver and its a great tool to keep customers in the loop. We've been able to maintain 97% of deliveries on time since November 1st 2020.

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

That I need to pay for a certain tier to get quality costumer service and realtime response's. Even the basic level should have the customer support with it, Onfleet is not cheap by any means and I have much better support with other tech companies that cost a fraction of what OnFleet does.

**What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using data to optimize and know how many deliveries we can take. Using it as a communication tool for our customers. We're solving the issue of not knowing when to leave as orders keep piling up and being able to optimize a lot of those overwhelming times or pinch points in our process. We've seen happy, satisfied customers knowing they'll receive their delivery during the given timeframe. OnFleet and Dutchie work great together to provide the delivery experience we are looking for.

**What do you like best about Onfleet?**

I love the ability to add, track and organize work for my employees so easily. The interface is extremely easy to use (both on my end and the drivers). The custom fields enable me to add important information that my employees need for each participant in our research study.

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

The site goes down or is idle from time to time, but that seems to happen less frequently over the last few months.

**Recommendations to others considering Onfleet:**

Highly recommended! Give it a try if you have any sort of mobile team.

**What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I set up a team of clinicians to take samples for a COVID research study. Before I emailed my employees a list of addresses for the day. Onfleet allows them to track hours and milage easier. Our participants are notified without making our clinicians text/call while driving. It also allowed us to minimize estimated appointment times so the participants wait around less time for their home visits.

**What do you like best about Onfleet?**

The robust webhooks and connections with Zapier. It allows for an expansion and integration beyond itself to make for a seamless operation.

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

I am satisfied, but if I had to point out dislikes. It would be a few features that could be added to make our workflow easier. They are hard to describe here. I have reached out and made suggestions and have not heard back. I do realize they are suggestions this software does revolve around my companies needs or timeline, but they would be nice and hopefully beneficial to others.  They do push enhancements which are nice.

We are able to add delivery to our services allowing us to increase business by 15% and add new customers in a broader range. We are saving time, money, providing stellar customer service, and keeping our sanity by using Onfleet

**What do you like best about Onfleet?**

We have been using onfleet for 3 years now and it is amazing. The UI is great, there are a bunch of features and the service and team are incredible! 

It has been a blast to grow using their tech and they have really made our lives a lot easier on the daily.

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

Pricing at first might be a bit expensive at first but compared to other softwares out there it isn't that bad. As you scale they have a pretty good pricing structure that is very reasonable as you grow.

For our needs it required a lot of tech to be built around it but we were okay with doing that and the API and documentation they provide is great and easy to work with.

**What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use onfleet to optimize routes for deliveries and visualize our day to day operations.

It is extremely user friendly and great support team to help with all your problems

**What do you like best about Onfleet?**

When we started using Onfleet, we were delivering about 100 items per day with Google Maps and spreadsheets. Onfleet allowed us to quickly grow by allowing us to manage the day to day delivery operations more effectively. We were able to give our drivers the right tool to be successful, which ultimately allowed us to add more drivers with higher success rates. This eventually allowed us to rapidly increase a daily delivery totals.

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

Only that we didn't start using Onfleet for our delivery business sooner.

**What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Onfleet's driver app, we can hire new drivers and have them doing a "starter" route on their very first day. By the end of the week, they are delivering full routes because they have the correct information, communication tools and support from our dispatchers.

What I like most is the simplicity behind OnFleet but whn you become more comfortable with the software- you can use some of the more complex features to maximize optimization.

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

Right now the new feautre of auto zooming in when clicking a task- Also dragging and dropping each task can become quite tedious.

**What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the issues of route optimization and auto assigning of orders. We have realized it is great for daily routing but also tracking of deliveries from previous days which is super important to our business.

The user-friendly UI. The fact that it is so light on resources. Versatility of operations.

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

Some long-standing bugs, such as stops not being sorted correctly over multiple days when using European dates, and having to reload the service sometimes because finding addresses stops functioning. Some new addresses refuse to show up when you search, even though they exist in Google.

**What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coordinating multiple express deliveries in time and space, setting up and changing distribution routes on the fly. Keep track of deliveries and invoicing.

knowing where all of our delivery teams are at any given moment and being able to relay that information to the customer.

That there are no notification sent when a job is failed, and also the chat feature is very glitchy. Chats will not open sometimes, chats will only open for certain drivers if you create a group chat only. The notification sound comes in late or not at all

**Recommendations to others considering Onfleet:**

Onfleet is great for small to medium size businesses. Easy to use, clear to understand. Without onfleet our company would be in the dark when it comes to the last mile.

Very clean interface, easy to use, and even the things I didn't know, I was able to learn them through common sense. Even though Onfleet's tutorial and help section are very useful.

Nothing to speak of yet, we have very much enjoyed using Onfleet.

The amount of people that are getting food delivered shocked me, and I am so thankful we have been able to tap into that revenue.

The integration with Google Maps is a bit wonky - it gives coordinates, or sometimes incorrect address details, and it's not easy to navigate. I also don't like that you have to select that the app knows your location always, even when you're not on duty

Ability to route and optimize routes according to location, traffic data l, etc. Is a huge timesaver. It’s also a simple platform for our delivery partners to use.

Would be even better if the filters and batch updating were improved.

Integrates well into the existing order system, makes it very easy for our driver.

Some of the google map locations can be glitchy - not sure if this is a google issue or on fleet issue.  Would also be great to be able to print off a copy of the route map and orders list, currently the print outs are awkward and hard to read.

**What do you like best about Onfleet?**

Onfleet helped us to improve our routing routine and make deliveries way more efficient. The software is easily set up and really userfriendly. Once the orders are imported to the software, the program will calculate a clever route in order to minimize fuel consumtion and maximize deliveries. Onfleet offers real-time tracking, which is useful for us when planning the next deliveries and also intresting for the customer since he can look up where his order is.

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

Sometimes the estimated delivery time is way off, which is odd because mostly the times are within a acceptable range. Otherwise Onfleet is a great program that works like advertised.

Routing optimization, tracking of drivers and orders, report generation of each delivery. Improve the information flow to the customer.

The benefits of Onfleets is knowing where my drivers are at all times. It's easy for them to contact the patrons through the app. The option to use any map application to get to their destination is immensely helpful as well.

There is no app available and sometimes task upload has thrown some random errors.
Route planning is also very poor and needs immediate attention.

My only complaint would be that the program doesn't always recognize the addresses when migrating from our other system.

**What do you like best about Onfleet?**

Onfleet has a good interface and is easy to learn. It includes a lot of features, including ETA, driver tracking, route optimization, etc.

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

The UI could use some improvement. Some gestures and movements aren't natural and take some getting used to.

**What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are now able to give our customers ETA, track pickups and deliveries accurately with pictures, barcodes, and signatures if needed.

**What do you like best about Onfleet?**

Very cool options for fleet management. Mobile apps are easy to use, analytics data is user friendly - meaning they are visually please and to the point. Very fast real time information. The maps are customizable and you can layout driving routes per driver. You can setup an address book of information for recurring customers. and you can get proof of delivery for each order dropoff.

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

There is no way to search history for a prior day or week or for a particular timeframe. if you click to open a driver, it only displays their profile and not anything else in regards to their routes or drop off times, or number of deliveries. 

**Recommendations to others considering Onfleet:**

consider how it integrates with your data management system so that it captures data in real time and stores it for future reporting. 

**What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software was not quite for us. Our company is too small to account for the cost, we do not have a team of drivers that deliver orders. This was purely a research trial for us to see what is out there.

**What do you like best about Onfleet?**

Interface is anything but difficult to utilize, consideration was unmistakably put into pondering how individuals would need to cooperate with the item. I like the basic driver interface that takes into account a simple move amongst occasions and access to all the client subtle elements important to finish the occupation. 

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

I wish there was an approach to speedy zoom to spots that you generally take a gander at rather than the world perspective The driver application has a great deal of little bugs/issues that emerge and some of the time it takes a long time for them to be understood. 
Double clicking a driver will just permit you to see their profile, not the course they finished that day.

**What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Onfleet we're ready to make acclimation to courses on the fly. Onfleet gives us the capacity to reassign work to an alternate driver rapidly and plainly. We can give our clients ongoing redesigns and ETAs for when drivers will arrive. The issue we had was the way to keep our conveyance courses versatile when client needs change without prior warning.

The best thing about Onfleet is its simplicity and the ability to get used to very quickly.

**What do you like best about Onfleet?**

Interface is easy to use, care was clearly put into thinking about how people would want to interact with the product.  I like how you approached it with a "more than one way to skin a cat mentality" allowing for using to either go through menus to accomplish tasks or use more "intuitive" means like drag and drop functionality.  Our customers greatly appreciate our ability to know where our drivers are at any time thanks to the GPS feature.

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

The app has no memory.  What I mean by that is there's no good way (that I have found) to take a look and routes from a specific day, or even earlier in the same day.  Double clicking a driver will only allow you to see their profile, not the route they completed that day.  It's as if once the Task is completed in Onfleet, it disappears forever.  I can search via customer, but an entire list pops up of previous appointments with no way to filter for which one I'm looking for.  You desperately need a feature that allows you to look up previous routes or appointments by driver, date, customer/location that's easy to filter through.

**What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Onfleet we're able to make adjustments to routes on the fly.  If driver A is late for his 2nd appointment because of traffic, I can reassign it to driver B, who is just waiting around for his next appointment which starts in another hour.  If a customer calls up with a need for an emergency appointment, I can take a look at all the routes and find a time to squeeze her in when a driver will be nearby.

**What do you like best about Onfleet?**

I like the simple driver interface that allows for an easy transition between events and access to all the customer details necessary to complete the job.  I also love the ability to have all communication go through the same number.  It keeps all of my text messages in one place and makes communication a lot easier to handle from a driver perspective.

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

My main concern is the transition between Onfleet and Google maps. When getting directions the gps coordinates are put into google maps which is then converted to the nearest address which is more often than not a different address than the one I am going to.  This sometimes causes confusion when I arrive and needlessly wastes time.  The work around I found was to use Onfleet to go to apple maps then use apple maps transition feature to go to google maps.  This has since been removed for iPhone.

The other thing I dislike is the fact that after completing a task I can still receive messages from users but when I respond it is sent to the current task.  This happened some time ago so it may have been fixed since then but it is one problem I had noticed.

**Recommendations to others considering Onfleet:**

Be sure to check for upgrades regularly well before you need to use the program.  I use it on a daily basis and updates have to be done manually whenever they are available and they sometimes take a while or cause the phone to temporarily slow  down.

The benefits of this product is that it is quick and efficient means of communication and contains all the relevant details needed to complete the tasks at hand.

**What do you like best about Onfleet?**

I really like that it can be linked to our company database and update in real time. The GUI is nice and for the most part everything runs smoothly. I enjoy how easy it is now to drag and drop appointments to create routes.

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

The driver app has a lot of small bugs/issues that arise and sometimes it takes quite a while for them to be solved. Many times the dispatch view will crash or have to reload. Sometimes many times in a single day. The biggest issue with Onfleet is that when using Google Maps, it will use geographical coordinates instead of the physical address. Many times this leads to being taken to the incorrect address. In fact, we do not use the in-app Google Maps, we use the standalone app so we can enter the correct address ourselves. 

**Recommendations to others considering Onfleet:**

Make sure to fully inquire about features. There's a lot Onfleet can help with.



**What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the need of drivers to text customers when they're on their way to delivery appointments. This is automating a lot of other processes for us. We've realized that our driver safety has improved since they do not have to spend time texting/calling customers. Also, we're noticing that our customers are more prepared/ready for the deliveries or pickups because they have the opportunity to view in real time on the map where our driver is and how long it will be until they arrive.

The ability to see our vehicle locations in real time is an invaluable tool that we use everyday. Also the simple click and drag routing features.

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

It would be nice to be able to see completed deliveries over a longer period of time. 

**Recommendations to others considering Onfleet:**

This is a great tool for a growing fleet.  The developers have been very responsive to our feedback.

The problem we had was how to keep our delivery routes adaptable when customer needs change on short notice.  Onfleet gives us the ability to reassign work to a different driver very quickly and clearly.

I like the ease of use that onfleet provides. The tracking is usually accurate and the software is easy to navigate. Making changes to events or assignments is intuitive and simple

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

Sometimes onfleet does not work when I'm assigning a job through my interface and i'll have to manually do it. I'm not sure if that's an issue with onfleet or a middle application. I wish there was a way to quick-zoom to places that you always look at instead of the world view

**What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to give our customers real-time updates and ETAs for when drivers will arrive. This makes them feel more at ease and taken care of.
