Accurate arrival times, excellent for making a route for you, it takes the guess work out of where your drivers need to go with the auto assign feature. Love that we can include notes as well

Clean UI, good customer support, reasonably intuitive, and reliable.

I'm hopeful they'll introduce route cloning soon; cloning many individual tasks can be laborious.

**What do you like best about Onfleet?**

It helps coordinate our deliveries to be the most fuel-efficient. It also allows us to be able to provide our customers with a better timeframe on when they can expect their deliveries.

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

The biggest downside is when a driver starts a task and then clicks navigate, it only shows the coordinates for the destination and not the actual address. I wish there could be the capability to change colors for the tasks. For example, some of our trucks can only handle a certain amount of weight. So when I am assigning the deliveries it would make it easier to visually see that these tasks need to be assigned to a specific driver. We have never been able to use the auto-assign route optimization because of the nature of our business and the multiple capacity beta feature does not work as I thought it was going to.

**What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is providing better communication between us and our customers. It is helping us fit in more deliveries daily because we can have better estimates of when drivers will be done with their tasks. With the current price of diesel, Onfleet also helps us make our routes more fuel-efficient.

Being able to see how long it takes for a driver to do a delivery and also being able to see an estimated time of arrival along with contacting the customer when the driver is close to arriving

I dislike not being able to see how far they are from the home base or seeing how long it takes for them to get back; I would also like to see an easier way of seeing past deliveries

They fixed the problem of being able to track where the driver is or when they will arrive at the location, and we are being more productive because of the program

I haven't found anything about Onfleet that I don't like. I guess I would have to say keeping the data stored from our customer.

Being able to keep track of active delivery orders and see our drivers on their route in real time. This allows us to communicate to our guest about the status of their orders.

I find Onfleet hard to navigate sometimes, especially when it comes to making changes to an existing route. A lot of this could be standard user error as I'm still learning how to best utilize the platform.

Onfleet is helping us maintain transparency with our guests about the status of their order, and allows us to track our cannabis products thoroughly per the CRA regulations put in place.

There is no "return to base" button to trigger between tasks, so we have to factor in stops back at the warehouse between deliveries manually

The team at Onfleet is incredibly helpful in troubleshooting and quick to respond.

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

It does not currently have a direct API key for Shopify so having to route orders through Zapier to the Onfleet system is an extra step but I believe they said they were working on this and it is in their pipeline.

Optimizing driver routes and sending out the proper notifications for  delivery updates to our customers.

Ease of use for drivers - integration friendly

When you use toll-free numbers to mask the Apple and android apps block those numbers and label them as spam. This makes it very difficult on drivers as well because you have also turned off the text messaging capabilities for cannabis delivery. This is extremely difficult to keep things on track due to having to call dispatch to dial the customer directly several times in order for them to pick up and not believe that is it it is a spam call. The driver needs to be able to either call direct with a mask that isn't going to be indicated as a spam call or be able to text in order to communicate without having to call back to Dispatch.

Onfleet is used to keep Dispatch more efficient.

We like the easy way we can integrate Onfleet into our systems, and the way Onfleet can interact with our backend.We use API integration, and we have found this method simple to use. Their model fits our business model very easily.

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

A couple of things we would like to see come into the offering, would be improvements in the dispatchers workflow, when it comes to delivery assignment and delivery cancellations. This includes the api.

I love that the support is located in theU.S. The job board for drivers, the notifications work

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

Several things. First, the price point and limited savings for Non-profits. Second, the loop of back and forth support tickets to get something solved. Three, the support staff has yet to be able to fix our issues. Four, platforms continue to be built around an on-demand workforce ( sucks). Lastly, the features are not built for business to business work-flows. The  features are limited.

I love that we can connect the app directly to google maps! And that you can text or call through the app as well.

We wish that we could upload all of the addresses from our system and then had Onfleet break routes down for us into 50 different routes.

For Synagogues that have large congregations who make deliveries for Mishloach Manot, this is a great mapping tool!

**What do you like best about Onfleet?**

I love that it sends automated delivery text notifications to customers, which allows them to communicate directly with the driver. It's not part of my job to build delivery routes, but it's helpful that it will suggest routes to you. The amount of features it has and the intuitive interface are so helpful to our team.

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

Sometimes the backend of our website doesn't communicate well with Onfleet. It's probably an issue more on our end than theirs. Since I work in customer service, the most annoying thing is that some customers will not receive the delivery notification texts. Sometimes this is a one-off issue, but other times it's an ongoing issue.

**Recommendations to others considering Onfleet:**

There are a few bugs, but overall, Onfleet is an excellent delivery tracking choice!

It's helpful to have all the information regarding the time it takes for us to complete tasks (delivery stops). It helps us more efficiently plan our deliveries and adjust our promise to the customer.

API limitations, white-label experience is not very thorough. Would want to be able to embed the route information into our app.

Need easier support. Emailing back and forth stinks. Would appreciate a slack integration with my account rep or being able to have their phone number.

If deliveries use the same phone number but different addresses, the recipient information for all prior deliveries gets overwritten with the most recent delivery information resulting in incorrect names and confusion for drivers.

This is a good delivery service I have seen because of the webhook which you are providing save my half of work. And also the onFleet team was cooperative on time.

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

One thing I dislike is whenever our webhook function through any error and returns it so that webhook gets disabled which is not a good thing as our production function stop working and we lost our orders. It is better to keep this thing in development only and not in production.

**What do you like best about Onfleet?**

The driver app is excellent and very intuitive. You can have drivers setup and on the road in minutes. The customer notifications and live tracking are wonderful and really impress customers. We get comments all the time about it. The automatic route optimisation is pretty good and holds up most of the time so makes setting up routes pretty fast.

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

Predictive ETA: For smaller customers the lack of predictive ETA capability is very frustrating. It leads to too many unnecessary failed deliveries and the live tracking link is really not that useful to customers if orders are densely clustered (when the first notification they get says their order is 7 minutes away it is not that helpful).

Proof of Delivery: We use the photo feature when our drivers use leave orders at the front door however for whatever reason OnFleet does not make it possible (as far as we can tell) to share the image url with the customer. So if the customer wants to know where it is they have to contact customer support for more information.

Driver Manifests: Many drivers request a physical manifest and there is no way easily print this off in Onfleet which bizarre. The suggested workaround is 1) export to email 2) download 3) upload to excel 4) run macro to remove redundant columns 5) filter driver name 6) print excel. For a piece of delivery software charging minimum $350 USD a month this a weird thing to be missing.

Route Optimisation: We deliver primarily in Sydney, Australia which has a lot of harbour and rivers. The route optimisation is definitely not 100% and occasionally throws up some odd routes which would require amphibious delivery vehicles.  Not a huge issue but can be annoying. Also because the way OnFleet optimises the route is a bit of a black box is it's impossible to work out the logic it is using. Why does it think drive A to B to C is faster than A to C to B? It provides no explanation. It would be useful if it provided more details of the route it suggested before a task was started.

**What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We deliver premium wine to discerning customers so we have used OnFleet to create a distinct, differentiated delivery experience.  After 9 months of running our own deliveries with onfleet we're seeing higher average order sizes , more repeat customers and a higher frequency of purchase. It's been a big success and we'll be doubling down on it in 2021.

**What do you like best about Onfleet?**

Onfleet is intuitive to use. I like the live tracking of driver progress, which allows me to keep tabs on how many drivers are doing at the same time. It handles lots of deliveries. I use the export feature daily and it is easy to use. The predictive ETA feature is also helpful for ensuring deliveries are completed successfully. The colour scheme makes identifying assigned, completed, and failed deliveries very simple. As well, I don't use table view very often but it makes adjusting tasks en masse straightforward and efficient. I also like being able to categorize drivers into different teams. We deliver in different cities, so those separate teams helps keep the other locations organized.

**What do you dislike about Onfleet?**

Route optimization can be glitchy and create routes where two different drivers do deliveries at the same/neighbouring address, or it separates two neighbouring addresses far away from each other in the route. When this happens, I have to take extra time to fix the route manually.
One other issue I run into is when I export assigned tasks for the current day, I also get tasks included in the spreadsheet that are assigned to other days.

**Recommendations to others considering Onfleet:**

Onfleet is a useful tool. It requires a fair bit of computer power also. 
There are several helpful features that I didn't discover until using Onfleet for a while. One is "Collapse All" from right-clicking the driver team name. Another is that when you want to move tasks from one driver to another, instead of dragging and dropping you can select the tasks, then right click the driver you want to move them too, and select "Assign Tasks to (driver name)".

**What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onfleet helps us route, track, and dispatch many drivers at once. It also allows us to monitor our delivery stats and see how we are doing with on time delivery.
