Their documentation is out-dated! They declared (by a C level managers) that onfido java sdk is not supported as much as REST API is). I realized this there was a mismatch between SDK response and documentation. They needed to confess this after wasted weeks that I was pushing them this a serious problem on their end but support team kept sending their out-dated documentation link. It was a nightmare!! Beside same API is returning different responses in SDK and Rest API. Some of the fields are missing in SDK responses than REST API. This is why I spent a couple of week to migrate their broken SDK to Rest API. Other than that they never tagged their depracted methods. You need understand this by reading their documentation and dang! Other than that their It takes ~5 mins to get auth code. You are waiting to get auth code for minutes to access dashboard. Addition, they don't provide all functionalities in their sandbox env. If you want to test autofill feature you need to test this on their live environment. This limits testing capabilities in development part. This requires 3 sepertes instances at least. One for test, One for preprod(live), one for live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Entrust IDV is that it’s really easy to use and integrates smoothly, making onboarding quick while keeping fraud in check. The platfomr is very intoitive and user friendly and makes it easy to integrate and build the identity verification process.
