All the components can be customized per the organization's needs, making it even simpler to understand and then train all the employees to use the product. Since the features are automated, it reduces the time spent on manual work, hence improving employees' productivity. **What do you dislike about Onex HRMS?** The LMS process needs to be improved/automated, and Mobile Application can be upgraded with some added features and improved performance **What problems is Onex HRMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Multiple customization options make it easy for us to tweak it as per our organization's needs. ### 2.
