You can explore and request items that may benefit you personally. At the same time, we can share or keep those items private. It would seem better if we request multiple items and they are all shipped together; we should only have one charge, not a per-item charge. Allows users to explore options much faster from multiple sites in one spot. OneRange lets me see what my managers and coworkers are learning. UI Could be a slightly better or user friendly. Also my company is in US and I am a canadian employe - getting the value converted (since price could be different countrywise) is difficult. The tool is not very friendly for adding content from other countries. So if you are to add a resource from Amazon, it works well, but if you were to add a resource from Amazon Brazil, then it sometimes fails to correctly interpret the link or it pulls the data from Amazon US, which gives you a wrong price for the resource. Very intuitive to use overall. Particularly like that we can bookmark items for later. Also really like that we can see what other members of our team and overall studio have purchased, which leads to my own ability to purchase items I may not have known about. Probably the one issue I have run into is having a request submitted and realizing that there is a sale and having to cancel that one and resubmit - a means of editing waiting submissions would be very useful. What do you dislike about OneRange? I had some issues with my virtual credit card not showing up so I had to pay with my own and ask the company for a reimbursement. I think it is a platform that allows the company to offer more learning libraries to the employees. Everyone has their own preferences on which resources they use to study. OneRange promotes this individual choices to pick the content that fits better for you instead of having the company with a single content provider that is not well-suited for each individual. The sheer number of options available to broaden knowledge, not only the availability of a supplier but the wide coverage among suppliers and the diversity of resources, from lectures to books to online courses that are very comprehensive and diverse. For the cases in which for some reason a material is not available, it is a bit disconcerting the way to add new materials; in particular I am puzzled not to know if it is available immediately or if it involves a waiting period or review by the platform.
