**What do you like best about OneContact WFO?**

There are a lot of things that this tool offers me in everyday routine at work. This serves as real time planner, dashboards, forecasting and monitoring.

**What do you dislike about OneContact WFO?**

With my 3 years stay at work, I couldn't think of any that makes me dislike nor disapprove this tool.

**What problems is OneContact WFO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I have mentioned, I haven't really experienced any problem with WFO as almost features that i am using are very user friendly and easy to navigate.
