it´s practical and valuable to use, and adaptable for the need of the business

the technical support for the tool, I think, could be better

If you are looking for a tool for the attention of your business contact center, this is very useful and easy to use and it is all based on the cloud.

**What problems is OneContact CC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been able to adapt this tool to the business of my clients, taking the requirements made by the Call center area, which attend to customer requests through One Contact.
