What do you like best about Employee Training Manager by Onecard?

The reports are fabulous. At a glance a leader can see the compliance (or lack of) of their team and also use it to budget for future training needs. The training department can see at a glance organisational compliance. Its very well priced and it gives me back so much time in my working day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Employee Training Manager by Onecard?

I can't imagine any improvements. Its a great system that really helps with our compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Employee Training Manager by Onecard solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously our training records were kept in several different systems and each department would keep their own as well. It made it impossible to track if licences were expiring, etc. With OneCard people can upload their certificates and licences by taking a photo and uploading it so information is updated immediately and all the documents and expiry dates for the whole organisation (1100 people) are kept in the one area.
