**What do you like best about OneBar?**

By using this application we can manage all the FAQ's questions at one place we can also integrate the application with Slack and it is very helpful for us to manage content and it is one stop to FAQ's answers it also has chrome extension which makes very easy to use this application.

**What do you dislike about OneBar?**

If we can integrate this application other than slack it will be more useful and also I think pricing is quite costly.

**What problems is OneBar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps within the team to find answers for all of our FAQ's and we can also post updates using this application, so that there is no necessity to answer for the repeated questions and we can manage all the questions at one place.

Can import data as well

1)It provides only integration with slack , not with MS teams

**What problems is OneBar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The recurring asked questions about holidays, chrome version, any updates etc. that will get resolved with this.
Basically repititive Q&A gets automated thru the platform

**What do you like best about OneBar?**

OneBar has helped in many ways, its our all time solution to get any important answers that needed in our LOB internally. It helps us to easily track down answers to frequently asked questions in our LOB. It is user friendly and it can be easily accessed from any where.I have come accrossed that apps or ways to store my knowledge required by Onebar allows me to manage it efficiently. It helps in new employees to have easy access to all correct information given by old employees. It also helps in posting efficient and accurate information needed for all employees in the company to be updated with correct information.

**What do you dislike about OneBar?**

I have not come acrossed any dislikes about OneBar in my place of employment yet.. its a user friendly best self service knowledge management app

**What problems is OneBar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onebar has helped us to store, collect and manage our information by making it easily accessible for all our internal employees, It has helped all of us to stay on the same page with any piece of information and to be updated. It helps in storing answers to our frequently asked questions in an efficient and easy way. It works real time so by the time someone is doen asking the question, One of us already has the answer with us. Onebar is our all time solution to knowledge management problem in businesses of all size.

**What do you like best about OneBar?**

OneBar has been of great help when fetching data from frequently asked questions. We had integrated it with Slack, so queries related to our business. We used it almost daily for a smooth work process.

**What do you dislike about OneBar?**

We are at a very early stage to comment on this. Haven't faced any issues as of now.

**What problems is OneBar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneBar has helped us access information easily from our knowledge base and has also streamlined our work process and team dependency.
