## About One Way Interview
One Way Interview is an async video interview platform built for recruiting teams that hire at volume, without enterprise pricing or sales-call onboarding. Also known as a one-way video interview or pre-recorded video interview tool, it helps HR teams, in-house recruiters, and hiring managers screen high application volumes in a fraction of the time live interviews take. Candidates record video, text, or multiple-choice answers to your questions on their own time via a shareable link. No candidate login required. AI transcribes and evaluates every response against your criteria, so your team spends review time on the top candidates instead of on scheduling calls that go nowhere. How it works 1. Create a position and add your interview questions (video, text, or multiple-choice). 2. Share the public interview link on LinkedIn, Indeed, your careers page, email, or inside your ATS. 3. Candidates record responses on desktop, tablet, or mobile. AI screens and scores them automatically. Your team reviews, collaborates, and moves the best applicants through a 9-stage pipeline. Built for teams that: - Screen hundreds of applicants per position in logistics, schools and universities, accounting firms, law firms, and recruitment agencies. - Hire at volume for customer-facing, technical, operations, seasonal, or campus roles. - Want a branded candidate experience without custom development. - Need to collaborate with teammates on hiring decisions. - Prefer month-to-month pricing over annual enterprise contracts. What's included - Async interviews with video, text, and multiple-choice questions. - AI screening with transcription, scoring, and candidate ranking (SME plan and above). - Team collaboration with role-based access (Owner, Admin, Reviewer, Member) and a shared pipeline. - 9-stage customizable candidate pipeline covering sourcing through hire. - Branded interview links with company logo, job description, and custom privacy policy. - Fully mobile candidate experience (no login, no downloads, no installs). - Scorecards for manual team evaluation alongside AI ratings. - Candidate contact recovery so you never lose applicants who start but do not finish. - ATS integration available on the Unlimited plan. Use cases - High-volume hiring: logistics, warehouse, retail, call center, and seasonal roles where recruiters screen hundreds of applicants per position. - Campus and graduate recruitment: universities and career services running async interviews for internship and early-career hiring. - Professional services screening: accounting, law, and consulting firms running structured interviews at scale. - Agency recruitment: staffing and recruitment agencies using branded candidate experiences per client. - Remote and distributed hiring: teams interviewing candidates across time zones without scheduling calls. - Role-fit validation: confirming communication skills, language proficiency, and role-specific knowledge before live interviews. Why teams switch to One Way Interview - Month-to-month pricing. Start at $19.99/month, cancel anytime, no annual contracts required. - Fast setup. Create your first position and share the link in under 15 minutes. - No candidate friction. Candidates do not create accounts, download apps, or install plugins. - Transparent AI. Every AI rating is viewable, overridable, and re-evaluable if you change criteria. - Branding included on every plan. Upload your logo, set job copy, and use your own privacy policy from day one. - Data portability. Download candidate videos and data whenever you need them. Plans and pricing - Starter: $19.99/month. 30 interviews per month, 90-day video retention. Best for small teams running one or two positions. - SME: $49.99/month. 60 interviews, 60 AI screenings, 180-day retention. Most popular plan. - Business: $89.99/month. 150 interviews, 150 AI screenings, 1-year retention. - Unlimited: $299.99/month. 500 interviews, 500 AI screenings, 2-year retention, ATS integration, premium support. - Annual plans save 30%. Starter $13.99/month equivalent, SME $34.99/month equivalent. - 14-day free trial. No credit card required at signup. 14-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. - Extra credits available as one-time top-ups. Credits never expire. Common questions Do candidates need to create an account? No. Candidates open the link, record their responses, and submit. Nothing to install, download, or sign up for. Can I use my own privacy policy and branding? Yes. Upload your company logo, add a custom job description, and link your own privacy policy. Every plan supports this. How does AI screening work? AI transcribes video answers, analyzes text and video responses against your defined criteria, and rates each answer as Correct, Acceptable, or Incorrect. You can override any rating or re-evaluate responses if you change the criteria. What integrations are supported? ATS integration is available on the Unlimited plan. Interview links can be shared on any platform that accepts a URL, including LinkedIn, Indeed, email, Slack, WhatsApp, and most ATS systems. Is there a contract or commitment? No. All plans are month-to-month by default. Annual plans are optional and save 30%. Cancel anytime from the billing page. How long are candidate videos retained? Retention depends on plan: 90 days on Starter, 180 days on SME, 1 year on Business, 2 years on Unlimited. Videos can be downloaded at any time. Used by recruiting teams across Australia, the US, the UK, and Canada.
