It's one of my favorites to use for initial candidate screening - One Way Interview certainly speeds up and simplifies the hiring process. The best part is that the approach allows us to pre-screen candidates without negotiating schedules, on candidates terms. Candidates can record their answers at their convenience, and we can watch them at our own convenience.
