## About Onboarding
For higher education HR administrators and supervisors, the Hirezon Onboarding / Contracts System provides the ability to quickly create customized new-hire welcome packets and contracts for employees, with or without benefits. Each packet can consist of one or more onboarding employment-related forms, including I-9 and W-4. HR administrators have wide flexibility in assigning user privileges to other staff in the organization.

**What do you like best about Onboarding?**

What I may be like best about Deel’s onboarding is how it transforms a typically complex, manual process into a seamless, automated experience that’s both compliant and efficient especially for global hiring. It gives me an advancement in terms of the process.

**What do you dislike about Onboarding?**

While onboarding is generally smooth and efficient, one thing I sometimes find challenging is the occasional lack of flexibility in customizing certain contract terms or workflows for unique roles or edge case scenarios. Also, depending on the country, there can be delays due to local legal requirements that are outside Deel’s control, which can affect the overall speed of onboarding.

**Recommendations to others considering Onboarding:**

My advice is to come in with a clear understanding of your hiring needs especially the type of workers (contractors vs. employees) and the countries you're hiring in. The more prepared you are with details like job roles, compensation, and required documents, the smoother the onboarding process will be.

**What problems is Onboarding solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Different countries with different rules and regulations on taxes and employments. Deel automatescompliancr with local laws therefore reducing the legal risks. It reduces an effort for me and also in commiting mistakes and fines especially when dealing with international employer.
