## About Onboarding Studio
Onboarding Studio is an onboarding app from Activero for organisations that have more information than a new person can absorb in a first week. Instead of a handbook or an introduction day, the new person gets a sequence: steps, progress, the name of the person to ask, and short videos. The principle is taken from the pathway apps hospitals use, where a patient is told what happens next rather than everything that could happen. It is used for new employees, for newly arrived citizens and for patients. The specific detail is what people need, a phone number, a deadline, a link, and it is also what goes out of date first. Onboarding Studio monitors the links inside a flow and reports when one stops working. Editing is done by the organisation itself, and a change reaches the phone within minutes. Pricing follows the number of flows, not the number of editors or edits. Hosting, the editing tool, link monitoring, unlimited editors and unlimited edits are included in the subscription. Setup of a first flow and video production can be bought separately. Content can be published in several languages from one source, and the editor shows which language versions a change still needs. The standard version measures nothing. There are no accounts and no login for the people going through a flow, no field for a personal identification number and no third-party scripts. Processing and storage are in the EU, with operations and database in Frankfurt and files in Cloudflare's EU jurisdiction. A version with measurement can be supplied, and the product can be self-hosted.
