Onboarding Studio is an onboarding app from Activero for organisations that have more information than a new person can absorb in a first week. Instead of a handbook or an introduction day, the new person gets a sequence: steps, progress, the name of the person to ask, and short videos. The principle is taken from the pathway apps hospitals use, where a patient is told what happens next rather than everything that could happen. It is used for new employees, for newly arrived citizens and for patients. The specific detail is what people need, a phone number, a deadline, a link, and it is also what goes out of date first. Onboarding Studio monitors the links inside a flow and reports when one stops working. Editing is done by the organisation itself, and a change reaches the phone within minutes. Pricing follows the number of flows, not the number of editors or edits. Hosting, the editing tool, link monitoring, unlimited editors and unlimited edits are included in the subscription. Setup of a first flow and video production can be bought separately. Content can be published in several languages from one source, and the editor shows which language versions a change still needs. The standard version measures nothing. There are no accounts and no login for the people going through a flow, no field for a personal identification number and no third-party scripts. Processing and storage are in the EU, with operations and database in Frankfurt and files in Cloudflare's EU jurisdiction. A version with measurement can be supplied, and the product can be self-hosted.

ThinkAloud is a predictive content diagnostic from Activero. Synthetic personas go through a page in a real browser and think aloud, and the result is one report: what they see, what they understand, and where they drop off. Most synthetic user tools ask a language model to read a page. A page read in source order matches no human experience, because a large headline and a small footnote carry the same weight in text. ThinkAloud runs in the other order. An attention model trained on eye-tracking data predicts where the eye lands first, the persona is told what it saw, and only then does it read on. The tool does not claim to reproduce what happens inside a person's head. The claim is about sequence. A run can be pointed at a public address, an uploaded HTML prototype or an image. The purpose is stated first, conversion, communication or reference, so that a missing button is not counted as friction on a page that was never meant to convert. Personas can be built from an organisation's own search queries. The report is a prioritised list rather than a score. The strongest finding comes first, each backed by what the personas said and where they said it. It covers a heat map of predicted first glance, coverage, what worked, problems with severity, and quotes, and it is delivered as PDF. The analysis is structured around four fields, safety, meaning, ability and effort, from behavioural friction theory, which is published openly. The report also names the fields no persona mentioned at all, which is often the most useful part. Runs draw on a credit balance, so the cost follows how much is tested rather than how many people have access. New accounts start with fifty free credits.
