**What do you like best about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

What I like most about HR Cloud Onboard is how much it simplifies the onboarding process. The system is straightforward to use and keeps everything organized, which saves time and cuts down on unnecessary back-and-forth.

Their support team has also been excellent. Antonela, in particular, has been especially helpful, very responsive and easy to work with. Having someone who genuinely helps you get the most out of the platform makes a big difference.

**What do you dislike about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

One downside is that there can be some hiccups during the initial implementation, especially when setting up workflows or getting everything configured the first time. That said, the service team is very responsive and helpful, so any issues we ran into were resolved pretty quickly.

**What problems is Onboard by HR Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HR Cloud Onboard helps eliminate the need for physical paperwork by digitizing onboarding documents and processes. This makes everything easier to manage, reduces manual handling, and keeps information organized and accessible.

**What do you like best about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

Our experience with HR Cloud has truly been second to none. The platform offers a highly intuitive HRIS onboarding module with strong workflow automation, configurable onboarding templates, and digital forms management. It is structured in a clear, user-friendly way, making it easy to customize for different departments, roles, and compliance requirements. The system also supports paperless onboarding, e-signatures, and centralized employee data management, which has significantly streamlined our processes.

Bruno Ruzik, our integrations director. He has been an absolute pleasure to work with, both personally and professionally. His deep expertise in HR system integrations, API connectivity, and implementation strategy ensured a seamless rollout. His responsiveness and problem-solving approach made a meaningful difference in optimizing our onboarding workflows.

Having used several other platforms in the past, including tools focused on applicant tracking systems (ATS) and onboarding software, I can confidently say that HR Cloud stands out across the board. It has been a true game-changer for us, reducing manual onboarding workload by over 50%, improving HR process automation, and enhancing the overall employee experience.

**What do you dislike about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

The reporting and analytics features, while functional, could benefit from more flexibility and deeper customization for advanced HR data insights.

**What problems is Onboard by HR Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us speed up and avoid manual data entry for our Onboarding processes. Our signature forms were a nightmare, but they are now handled smoothly with their e-signature feature.

**What do you like best about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

HR Cloud makes the onboarding process very simple. From automatically sending onboarding tasks to new employees to sending reminder emails to the administrative team, the platform helps to make sure that every step is completed on time.

**What do you dislike about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

I dislike that there is no way for us to delete forms that we use to use and no longer use. 
If we delete the form from our archive it will delte from all the staff's records that did sign that form in the past.

**What problems is Onboard by HR Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HR Cloud has helped us to solve the problemm of staff having expired licenses and Malpractice insruance.

**What do you like best about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

It was an easy onboarding process. We felt completely supported ever step of the way. We worked with Antonela, and she was always available and able to answer any questions we had. I do not remember the last time we received such great customer service! Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a way to make onboarding efficient and digital.

**What do you dislike about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

So far, we haven’t found anything to dislike. We’re completely happy with it.

**What problems is Onboard by HR Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HR Cloud has streamlined our onboarding process. We now have a one-stop shop for all paperwork, policies, training videos, and required documents, which is saving us an average of 2 hours per new employee. It has also given us a better way to organize employee accountability. We are able to communicate important policy changes in real-time with our staff and our employees are able to sign those changes (with time stamps). Our new hires also provided feedback that they too find it easy to use and enjoyed the format.

It’s an all-in-one tool with tons of ready-made templates and workflows. You get everything you need to run consistent onboarding across teams and locations, forms, checklists, task automation, and easy tracking. For managing hires and getting folks up to speed, it’s really handy.

**What do you dislike about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

Sometimes integrations or external data feeds don’t validate perfectly, which can dent confidence when syncing records. The UI is nice, but a bit more interactivity and polish would make it even better.

**What problems is Onboard by HR Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboard helps us find the right fit and get new people productive faster. It streamlines paperwork and tasks so hiring managers spend less time chasing things, and new hires get a smoother start. That benefits both candidates and the teams hiring them.

I like that the platform stores the onboarding information and is task oriented with reminders for tasks that are due.

**What do you dislike about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

I dislike most of the platform features as they are not future forward or easy to use. What I dislike most is the lack of accountability from HR Cloud. When errors or mistakes happen on their end, the always blame someone else and never take accountability.

**What problems is Onboard by HR Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with solving the typical onboarding issues companies face. It benefits my company specifically by allowing us to collect the necessary data and documents needed to complete the onboarding process.

Sometimes there are so many tasks that it can be a little hard to track.

It's allowing us to do our new employee onboarding electronically which is nice for the new employee and us. It also eliminates the issue of trying to decipher someone's handwriting.

It’s the best way to bring new hires onboard, everything you need is in one place. Forms, checklists, and welcome flows make it simple to get people up to speed and engaged from day one. It helps new employees feel connected and part of the team right away.

The starting point can be a little tricky for first-time admins, but once you get past the initial setup, most things fall into place.

Onboard has improved team cohesion and helped us integrate hires faster. It streamlines paperwork and tasks, reduces admin overhead, and makes running onboarding programs much more consistent and effective.

**What do you like best about Onboard by HR Cloud?**

I find that the onboarding experience works great for both HR and new hires. It allows us to quickly complete all essential hiring tasks through simple forms and checklists. Candidates can easily leave comments and ask questions, making the entire process smooth, clear, and well-organized. I particularly like the forms and the document signing feature. The initial setup was very easy.
