I use Onboard by HR Cloud to manage employee onboarding efficiently. It helps our HR team keep track of tasks, responsibilities, and documents all in one place. I like that it reduces a lot of manual work involved in employee onboarding, making it easier for the HR team to collect and save onboarding documents like offer letters, NDAs, contracts, IDs, and passports. Assigning onboarding tasks and tracking everything is easier and more efficient. It's super user-friendly, and I like how the user interface is designed. It's straightforward, easy to understand, and navigate through. The user interface is simple, intuitive, and easy to navigate, allowing me to quickly find what I need and manage onboarding tasks without much training. One downside is that there can be some hiccups during the initial implementation, especially when setting up workflows or getting everything configured the first time. I use Onboard by HR Cloud for HR candidates in our three nursing supported group homes. It solves a lot of problems because it’s organized and neat, allowing everything to be in one place. I find it very user-friendly compared to the previous HR platform we used, which wasn't tech-savvy or user-friendly at all. I appreciate the little chatbot that helps guide information when I need help, as it’s really helpful to have someone there to assist. I also use features like tasks, where I can bulk assign, bulk delete, and manage terminations easily. Something that could be improved is probably within terminations or, like, deleting someone from HR Cloud. Maybe making it a little bit easier. Onboard is a great fit for a hybrid, remote-first company because it lets you collect all the necessary information and documents from a new hire in one place. You can do this simply by creating their account and then releasing a predefined checklist of tasks for them, the HR department, Finance, IT support, and/or anyone else involved. It also makes it easy to share the important documents that all employees need to be aware of, while tracking each employee’s onboarding progress along the way. Our experience with HR Cloud has truly been second to none. I dislike that there is no way for us to delete forms that we use to use and no longer use.
