Our main goal is to be able to develop MVP in few days. We've tried many ETL and Dataviz solutions on the market, but only Omniscope was able to fulfill our needs for an ETL and DataViz solution. The Visokio team helped us a lot in the first steps, and they are still helping us every time we need a minor tweak of the platform to improve our projects. We recommend Ominiscope if you want to have total control of your data. We have build numerous very complex datasets using Omniscope EVO's extensive native low code capabilities.

Where we could not use low code features we were able to simply use custom python code to fill the gap.

The Visokio team is very helpfull and quick to respond to querries.

The dashboarding capabilities are slightly less powerfull then other BI tools out there.

Having said that, due to the extensive datamanipulation that can be done upstream this hardly ever is a problem, and more importantly, because the dashboards themselves need to do less heavy lifting in number of complex calculations EVO retains its speed compared to other BI tools. It feels like playing with Lego's on a screen to build workflows that contain all information needed to create dashboards that suit our clients needs.

The best things about Omniscope Evo is that is can be used to solve just about any data problem you have. Whether you want to combine data from Snowflake, Sql Server, an Excel Spreadsheet and a Google sheet, you can do it in one easy to use drag and drop workflow environment. Data manipulation is really easy using the built in operators (aggregation,filtering, dedupe, pivot, de-pivot to name a few) plus there is a fully featured furmula language (similar to that in Excel) that can be used to manipulate the data and created calculated fields. When we want to extend it further we use the Custom Python Script blocks to build something super-complex.

The reporting front end is gret. Intuitive to use and has a great library of charts and graphs straight out of the box but again, if you want something truly bespoke you can build your own charts using external charting libraries (eg d3.js).

There is nothing that I dislike about using Omniscope Evo Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Enables you to take raw data (in many many! formats) and transform it into insightful dashboards, all within one piece of software. More importantly it doesn’t feel like there is any compromise on either the ETL or visualisation side. Which is something many programs fall down on.

The automation and multiple outputs (you don’t just have to ‘view’ the data within the Evo software) make it and extremely useful tool.

What I like best about Omniscope Evo is the ease of use of the tool, once you get over the initial learning curve; which is not too deep. Drag and drop functionality enabled us to build a customised solution for HR and accounting analysis within a month, subsequently removing the need for manual Excel processing.

I liked the support and follow-up from Omniscope by the very professional, present, and competent sales representative. love to use the macro, bookmark, subsystem grouping, and custom script capabilities.

In my app, I group the workflow into INPUT, OUTPUT, Digitial TWIN and WHAT-IF subsystems, which consist reusable Macros, wich in turn consist of reusable python custom scripts. Workflow refresh in report is limited to advanced users, need more seamless integration between backend workflow and frontend reporting (would like to see Streamlit like capbilities) so that report users can interact with backend workflow seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
