Love the dedicated team member they link me up with. Easy dashboard, makes it so i don't have to ask for every little thing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There isn't much, it's a really solid offering and I would recommend them to any of my colleagues and connections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Working with Omna Search was an outstanding experience. Juliette reached out to me about a specific role, and from the very first conversation, she stood out from every recruiter I had worked with before. She was incredibly communicative, checked in with me often, and made sure I always felt supported and informed. She helped me think through tough decisions, handled awkward conversations with the company with total professionalism, and made the whole process feel comfortable and collaborative. As a former consultant, I really appreciated how deeply Juliette understood my background and how to position my experience for the role. She was professional, warm, and someone I could truly trust throughout the process. I couldn’t recommend Omna Search more highly. I’ve already been referring friends and colleagues to them. Their empathy and thoughtfulness stand out. Omna doesn’t treat candidates like transactions—they act more like advisors or peers. The team has a strong grasp of what makes operators tick, and their communication is clear, respectful, and strategic. I never felt pressured; I felt understood. Honestly, very little. If anything, they could expand the number of opportunities they represent—I’d love to see even more roles from their network, given how curated and relevant they are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
