**What do you like best about OmegaFi?**

Customer service has been great over the last five years that I've worked with them!

**What do you dislike about OmegaFi?**

Only downside I can think of is the integration with our database, iMIS, is sometimes inconsistent.

**What problems is OmegaFi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The emergency check-in feature has been a HUGE help for us!

I like that there's an app for OmegaFi and I don't have to always to use a browser to access it.

**What do you dislike about OmegaFi?**

Customer service has struggled in the past. We've also experienced issues with integration with our database.
