We are a newly established brewing company, and we were looking for social media service from Omega to improve our brand awareness. Omega provides social media inputs, branding strategies online, and daily execution for us on social media. What do you like best about Omega Digital?

Omega Digital is proactive - they move us to further engagement and input together. We love the consistent self-awareness and activeness of the team, and they are never late (without solid, valid reasons) in terms of delivery on their tasks. This makes us totally trust in their work so we can focus on other aspects of our business.

There are different factors, especially from the market, that may have hindered the full results that we expected, but we are all aware of the 100% effort that Omega put into their work, with an aligned rationale and direction. Thus, we are happy with the results and their inputs.

Our brand has clearly increased its brand awareness in the market with a very consistent brand image, positioning and way of approach in terms of content. Our brand’s communication and language is now consistent in terms of brewing knowledge, quality, commitment and innovation.
