I like that OKRsTool is simple and easy to use, which really helps in setting multiple OKRs for my organization. The support team is very nice and responsive. Recently, we had difficulty with a certain workflow, but when we contacted support, the response was quick. I think there are still some improvements needed in usability and privileges to make it easier to scale and not be dependent on the organization leader.
