## About OfficeView Pro
OfficeView Pro is a network version of an in-out board with a fully integrated messaging system. Employees see the whereabouts of co-workers at a glance of their screen. OfficeView Pro includes an option to automatically change your status to 'Out' after 8 hours of inactivity, provision for the administrator to remotely control any user settings, administrative control over which options each user is allowed to change, a free column on the main screen for additional information, such as, telephone numbers or extensions, a pop-up screen for each employee to display information such as telephone numbers, titles and a notepad, and comprehensive on-line help.

**What do you like best about OfficeView Pro?**

The Office View Pro menu allows for all employees using the software to be seen on a single screen.  The color-coded notes make it easy to filter through a large group of people to see if someone is in fact checked-in.  The system allows for mass communication to all users at one time or individually.  

**What do you dislike about OfficeView Pro?**

The Office View Pro format is outdated and not visually pleasing.  The system will keep people signed in for up to several months if the user does not change status.  Employees have to manually enter in their information if it changes- which no one actually does. 

**Recommendations to others considering OfficeView Pro:**

Ensure all team members utilize software on a daily basis. 

**What problems is OfficeView Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OfficeView Pro allows you to see where an office worker is and/or what they are doing.  Helps administrative staff track down co-workers when there is an urgent issue or phone call.  Any user can adjust the status of another making it helpful to track when people are out sick.

This program allows you to sign in and out to help others know how to contact you.

**What do you dislike about OfficeView Pro?**

I dislike how easy it is to check other people's names and accidentally change their location.

Use this program for a great communication tool in the office!
