**What do you like best about Office24by7 CRM?**

The Office24by7 CRM provides very good features for businesses like mine which need custom filters and settings that work for my business.

**What do you dislike about Office24by7 CRM?**

The Office24by7 CRM UI was not up to the industry standard UI that others provide until their latest update in 2024 December.

**What problems is Office24by7 CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Office24by7 CRM has an in-built cloud telephony integration that allows my business to connect with my calling system easily so that the users need not jump between softwares. This makes the process easy and convenient. It reduces the time our staff takes to do the background tasks and allows for holding customer data in a unified database, making it easy to access from any end of the organization.

**What do you like best about Office24by7 CRM?**

Office24by7 CRM is very easy to use and simple in nature. The UI is extremely friendly. The knowledge base documents on their website are really helpful in understanding and using the software. They also have necessary add-ons that one could use to really get the most of out a CRM. The most important factor is that their CRM comes with in-built cloud telephony, which most other providers don't offer. Their customer success team is very helpful and cooperative in implementing the software and getting started with the basics. They also provide integration with most third-party apps. In a nutshell, Office24by7 CRM easy to use and we've been using it for managing our sales, marketing, and support purposes.

**What do you dislike about Office24by7 CRM?**

Some of their features are a bit confusing, especially for a beginner.

**What problems is Office24by7 CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Office24by7 CRM helped me in solving all our communication problems. We are now able to approach customers efficiently, and all our communication history is available in the software. Their efficient lead-tracking capabilities also helped us to a great extent in marketing.

**What do you like best about Office24by7 CRM?**

Office24by7 CRM is very easy to use. We have been using it for the past 5 years every day and it has been a great run. They provide the best features that are very recommended in the segment and are all available for a very affordable price. The customer support is very good. They are available 24/7 even during nights and weekends. They provide proactive support until the situation is resolved. The team also helped in implementing the system. The CRM software is very handy because it has an inbuilt capability for cloud telephony. It also allows for various thrid-party integrations making it adaptable with any of your existing softwares or tools.

**What do you dislike about Office24by7 CRM?**

The CRM software UI was not updated until August of 2024.

**What problems is Office24by7 CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Office24by7 CRM is a great tool for organizations that are unable to streamline their sales and support processes. It is also very beneficial for marketing teams for various campaigns involved with clients. The CRM enables omnichannel integrations which allows for auto-capture of lead details and store it into the centralized CRM. So we are able to collect lead data of all incoming emails, messages, calls, google ad campaigns, form submissions, and so on.  The CRM also allows for custom filters and sorting mechanisms. It also helps the sales team to attend to leads at the right time without fail by setting up alerts and reminders. We can send emails and sms from inside the CRM using the omnichannel communication system. It also helps our support team to efficiently handle tickets and ensure faster resolutions.
