I use Odoo Marketing Automation for online sales to rescue lost revenue. I appreciate that the automation sends reminders to customers who leave items in their cart, and if they don't purchase within 24 hours, it generates a personalized discount code directly from the Sales module. The integration with the CRM is seamless, eliminating imports and exports since it instantly knows any changes in lead status or customer purchases. I like that it shows exactly what time each email will go out and the conditions that need to be met, acting as a 'safety net' to prevent accidental mass emails with errors. The drag-and-drop feature for inserting product snippets into emails works really well, and it automatically populates with the latest items from my eCommerce store, including current prices and stock status. It is easy to set up; just go to the App Store, click 'Activate,' and it automatically pulls in necessary modules.
