**What do you like best about Odoo Employees?**

I like the flexibility of the design, because it lets you do anything the company needs.

**What do you dislike about Odoo Employees?**

So far, there’s nothing to complain about—the integrations have been seamless.

**What problems is Odoo Employees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a very specific platform style, and it felt like it could only be achieved with something like this. Thanks to it, we now have a lot of integrations, along with the work modules and workflows we needed.

I really like the clean, Kanban-style dashboard, which makes it easy to get a quick visual overview of the entire organization’s structure at a glance.

The interface, while functional, can feel a bit cluttered once you have a high volume of data and multiple modules active

The software provides better transparency for managers to track department-wise performance and resource allocation

i like this application you can get all the employee data in 1 screen and you can create a department structure and put candidate in that also you can create your oragnization chart too

**What do you dislike about Odoo Employees?**

you have limited feature for that other competitor will  share thr payroll management too but in this price that's good

**What problems is Odoo Employees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i do have to keep track manually for the employee, Although now i am using odoo its a smooth way to track the employee acoording to the department

It is more reliable and flexible when managing the organization. When you can use it, you can like everything about Odoo—easy to use, easy to understand and most reliable for your business from your employee management. I provide a centralized place where all important information about the employee is stored.

initial setup is a little bit difficult you need to learn the basics about odoo and nothing else to dislike Odoo.

Improved organizational efficiency and management and helpful for HR operation and it provides centralized place where all important information about the employee is stored.

It has a better user friendly interface compares to others. It offers a centralized repository for all employee-related information and records, that makes it convenient to access and manage HR related things in one place.

**What do you dislike about Odoo Employees?**

It is complex in terms of customization. The community edition of Odoo have limitations compared to the enterprise versions, which can be a drawback for smaller businesses or organizations with tighter budgets.

how easy and convienient it is to manage the employee from the job posting (recruitment) stage untill the employee is hired and had his contract signed through other integrated odoo apps.

**What do you dislike about Odoo Employees?**

some of the businesses might require extra customisation and extra technical development to meet their specific goals or needs or to localize it as per the country regulations.

**What problems is Odoo Employees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

having one dashboard for all the employees with dynamic filters to manage all the expiring documents and / or renewals. 
having one digital and paperless with will increase company performance.

I have used Odoo till version 15 and did not find the portal management for the employee module.

The fact of not having access to all aspects of Odoo ends up being limiting, namely the issuance of invoices, being limited to accounting.

**What do you like best about Odoo Employees?**

You think of it, and Odoo can be used to handle it. The best part is that this application is configurable as well as customisable. A complete HRMS solution is available with nearly every functionality already built-in. You just need to configure and you are good to go. The solution can easily be customised according to our requirements.

**What do you dislike about Odoo Employees?**

The application's downside is that you will require a technical person to configure and customise the application according to your requirement. If you are good to go with available functionality, then your solution will be up and running in minutes.

**What problems is Odoo Employees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Complete record keeping of all the employees of the organisation, whether the employee is on payroll or contract, his leaves, attendance, expenses, payroll, etc, are readily available in the application.

**What do you like best about Odoo Employees?**

The user interface for odoo is very intuitive.  I especially like the iPad app that can easily be used for check in kiosks.  The employee app offers a lot of organization that I didn' know I needed.  It makes it very easy to organize hierarchies or schedule the onboarding process of new employees.  Attendance in particular is very streamlined.  It syncs well with payroll and PTO.

**What do you dislike about Odoo Employees?**

I really don't have anything bad to say about it.  Nothing is clunky or difficult to use, and it satisfies all my needs for employee management.

**What problems is Odoo Employees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used physical timeclocks and an external financial company to process our payroll.  This brought all of that under our roof and in our control, along with offering extra organizational tools.  This has saved us a lot of money and time.  It has also reduced communication errors.
