Quickly, it became clear that Odoo is pretty challenging. I'm struggling to find something positive to say. **What do you dislike about Odoo Email Marketing?** There are better tools available for marketing, specifically email marketing. The system we're using requires dev mode to be activated to send custom HTML emails, and requires a good deal of playing around with to get things to display correctly before sending. **What problems is Odoo Email Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?** Odoo was unable to solve the problem of efficiently marketing to our contacts, so we have since switched out email marketing efforts to Mailchimp's suite of tools. ### 2.
