Our entire crew of volunteers and staff members can easily use this database.

We have no complaints. We love Oasis. Their customer support team is awesome.

We recommend talking with current customers.

**What problems is Oasis Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for our food pantry to manage our clients. We have been able to customize reports and get the data needed for more effective fundraising.

The fact that our clients are in a searchable data base that helps us communicate better with FBNN and help others.

The way to choose options is not always intuitive nor easy to duplicate.

Make sure the report feature is fully explained to you

We are getting our reports and data storage needs for our mutual clients with FBNN. We are able to see when someone has moved from a shared area to ours. We've

The automation system makes it simple for beginners to actually catch on to the software. As a beginner, it provides step-by-step instructions.

At times the software takes a while to start up and server errors may occur.
