**What do you like best about Nvolve?**

The fact that i can track everything myself with the hit of a button and the great customer support

**What do you dislike about Nvolve?**

I havent found anything that i dont like yet!!

**What problems is Nvolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On hand training records for when we have external and internal audits.
On hand compliance rates for the whole site
Each team can be on it with their own results and records
Easy to manage training records
Less paperwork and more training
Easier online training that always has the most current versions to train against
Better training complaince rates due to ease of training
More people using it because of up to date ways of working
No need for endless filing cabinets due to not needing paperwork
lots of other opportunities to use Nvolve for

**What do you like best about Nvolve?**

The ease at which to push learning items to staff & to track results. This is particularly helpful in audit situations with customers. The simplicity of the platform really stands in comparison with other such platforms I have viewed.

**What do you dislike about Nvolve?**

Some of the security measures, which are there for obvious reasons, can make some of the admin duties cumbersome when adding data to the platform i.e. no copy & paste functions when adding long email addresses & the special character requirements mean having to edit our documents prior to uploading.

**Recommendations to others considering Nvolve:**

Speak with the team at Nvolve. You will find them both knowledgeable & supportive in terms of providing you with all the info you need to make the right LMS choice for your business.

**What problems is Nvolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem we have solved is easy to view training records & the immediate visibility of training as soon as it's issued. This removes the worry that something or somebody may have been missed for any reason.

**What do you like best about Nvolve?**

Overall, the platform is useful for the HR/Training department. I can make sure all training is up to date. Production team leaders and Quality Auditors are using Nvolve on the Ipads to train their teams on specific procedures, which means less paper is used. It is helpful to find any training records of our employees required by Auditors or Visitors. Any training courses which we do as class-based training can be added as elearning courses on Nvolve platform for Office employees.

**What do you dislike about Nvolve?**

from the time the platform has been updated, one very helpful report has been changed - in Learning, expiry date report - instead of access to the list of main training, there is a list of all employees.

**What problems is Nvolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did not receive any non-conformances during audits, as the training records are up to date.  I am more productive as a Trainer for two Uk sites and well organized.

The system is simple to use and train others to support. It flex's to our business and NVOLVE are happy for us to offer suggestions to continue to improve.

Nothing really, it has been a really reliable product for us to have.

Easy assessable for staff members but needs further tweaks. i feel simon the tech support has always been helpful

**What do you dislike about Nvolve?**

I feel its hard that you can not resolve your own issues as a manager ie bulk cancelations, i feel the app is quite poor as it does not allow the user to complete from home only on a laptop

**What problems is Nvolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the team have been ver helpful resolving issues but feel we need more areas of improvement like being able to characterise the collums for  procedures, i feel their needs to be improvements of signing off on a computer

It is very user friendly and the dashboards are very good at providing quick snapshots of data to help plan activities

Some of the voiceovers on the courses can be a little "robotic"

Have a definitive plan of what you need and push to get this delivered. Make use of Nvolve's flexibility

Being able to keep track of people's training and ongoing course.

**What do you dislike about Nvolve?**

With the app being used more than the actual program, for example using an iPad tablet other than a laptop, it does limit your options with what you can do.

it's helping us to keep up to date with the requirements of the site when it comes to health and safety and other training/courses

It's an electronic platform to record your data

**What do you dislike about Nvolve?**

It isn't the best LMS that is out there, and there are elements of it that could be facilitated much better

I cannot answer this question as we are still experiencing issues that are not resolved.

Very easy to navigate the different sections and you can look for specific information very quickly.

All information is easy to retrieve, with little or no paperwork required during audits.  Auditors are very impressed with its simplicity.

The company listens to what you are wanting to achieve and strives to support your goals.

There are no real downsides to either the system or the employees. A definite 10 out of 10 for all.

IPS are currently working with NVolve to develop our Sustainability and ESG strategy and goals.

**What do you like best about Nvolve?**

Simple to use and there is a navigation tab to use if i get stuck. If i do have any problems the staff at Nvolve are really friendly and always quite quick to sort any problems out.

**What do you dislike about Nvolve?**

updates, different layouts. Get used to the way it works then this all changes. The new update though luckily has made this a bit more user friendly to use then the last one

**What problems is Nvolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like using the food safety level 3, this has become beneficial to use especially with the amount of staff that needs this onsite. This can tackle kpi's really quick without having to rely on external companies

I would highly recommend this system to any company in need of a lms. It really is a brilliant system, easy to use and has everything you need. You can also use it for more things and develop pdps and communication within your business.

Main problem was having visibility of training for audits. Since using this platform it has helped so much. We are much more productive.

Online training during covid and employee access to their own information.
We have successfully demonstrated training for audit purposes, with accurate tracking

Access to support from Nvolve and quick turnaround on queries and requests for assistance. Personalised approach with key account manager.

**What do you dislike about Nvolve?**

Not specifically a food safety auditing platform, however, can be easily modified to suit requirements.

**What problems is Nvolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dashboard visibility of site audit scores has aided closure of non conformances. Easily reviewed and shared with external auditors. Has helped with customer confidence in the site.
