Honestly, they have the worst costumer service I have ever dealt with (not the people themselves, but the policies their reps have to upload and the fact that they will not provide any answers over email and require Teams call to get basic answers). They sell perpetual licenses that now are effectively not useful a year later because they will not allow older versions (e.g., NVivo 14) communicate with newer versions (NVivo 15) as a ploy to get more money. I will be switching to web-based subscription platforms like Dedoose. Unfortunately they add in so many pitfalls to using the system in order to get you to buy the new version (where literally virtually nothing has changed in years beyond the fact that the newer versions be accessed by the older versions) that I will no longer purchase any NVivo licenses and strongly recommend anyone who uses a team-based coding approach stays away from it. This has been an ongoing frustration I have had as a long time NVivo user, but it has gotten substantially worse as they switch ownership to Lumivero. Also, just want to add that they make it very difficult for Mac and PC users to collaborate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
