"Effortless CRM, Amazing Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Nutshell?

I use Nutshell for CRM and Marketing. It helps keep my sales team on track and allows me to better connect with my customers. I like the ease of use, great support, and easy onboarding. The integration with QuickBooks Online is really convenient, especially the ability to send quotes directly from Nutshell, which, when accepted, are imported into QuickBooks. The price was competitive, and Nutshell offered more CRM capabilities and more integration with the other tools I use. The initial setup was very easy as their team handled the setup and integration. What do you dislike about Nutshell?

Nutshell has a very sophisticated tool for keeping leads separated. For very small teams, this function could be eliminated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Seamless Way to Manage and Coordinate Marketing Leads"
5/5
What do you like best about Nutshell?

What I like best about Nutshell is how easy it makes coordinating incoming marketing leads with our sales team. Leads are organized, clearly assigned, and simple to track, which ensures nothing slips through the cracks. It keeps marketing and sales aligned, improves response time, and gives everyone visibility into where each lead stands in the pipeline—all without being overly complicated. What do you dislike about Nutshell?

One thing I disliked about Nutshell is how easy it can be to accidentally create duplicate entries. If the same lead comes in through multiple channels or is entered more than once, duplicates can occur, which requires some manual cleanup to keep records accurate. "Critical to our mailing list marketing channel"
5/5
What do you like best about Nutshell?

What I like best about Nutshell is how easy it is to use, especially for email marketing. As a nonprofit, we need tools that are efficient and intuitive, and Nutshell allows us to create and send emails without a steep learning curve. It helps us stay organized, communicate consistently with our audience, and track engagement in a way that’s easy to understand. It saves our team time and supports our outreach efforts effectively. What do you dislike about Nutshell?

One area for improvement is the user experience, which is very text-driven. From a UX perspective, some workflows could benefit from more visual elements, clearer layouts, or dashboards that make information easier to scan at a glance. While the functionality is strong, a more visually intuitive interface would improve efficiency and make the platform even more user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful CRM Software"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Nutshell?

Nutshell does a good job of organizing and maintaining full records of interactions, conversations, emails, and notes with our customers. The relationship of Person to Company to Lead is useful. The communication tools for reaching out to customers directly from Nutshell are also very good. The commitment to an available REST API is essential for our use and something I really appreciate and respect about Nutshell. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

There is limited flexibility in some of the features of Nutshell. For example in the automations, it is limited as to what can be used to trigger the next step or to trigger an automatic email/communication. I wish that leads could function more completely as orders in and of themselves, with the ability to include percentage based line items such as sales tax or apply discounts to all of the products on a lead. "A solid CRM for small teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Nutshell?

We’ve been using Nutshell as our CRM, and overall it’s been a solid experience. The platform is straightforward to use, and it helps keep our sales pipeline and customer interactions organized.

What I like most is the clean interface and how easy it is to track deals and activities without a steep learning curve. It’s especially helpful for smaller teams that want something functional without being overly complex.

That said, there are still areas where reporting and customization could be improved, but the product continues to evolve and the team seems responsive to feedback.

Overall, Nutshell has been a useful tool for managing our CRM needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

Customization options are somewhat limited compared to larger enterprise CRMs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"High impact CRM without the bloated price tag"
5/5
What do you like best about Nutshell?

As a Nutshell user for 4+ years, I like that my small business has grown substantially, just as the Nutshell product has. I switched from HubSpot to Nutshell initially to save money, and now I'm in love with how easy the platform is to use and how I've been able to integrate it into my business workflows. It provides me all the features I need to manage and scale my business without being bloated with things that distract and don't actually matter to a company of my size. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

I'm pretty happy, but I would love to see better integration with automation tools like Zapier. I use some other software tools that I would like to build integrations with using Zape,r but Nutshell limits what fields/features are able to be connected. Opening that up more would be fantastic. "Simple, reliable CRM with excellent support for small teams"
4/5
What do you like best about Nutshell?

Nutshell is a solid, well thought through CRM that works particularly well for a small team. The interface is simple and intuitive, which makes it easy to onboard new users and keep day to day usage consistent. Customer support is a real strength - the team are always quick to respond and genuinely helpful when questions or issues come up. For core CRM needs like contact and lead management, it does exactly what we need without unnecessary complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

Reporting could be more powerful and flexible, especially as you start to want deeper insights. We also found limitations with the built in web forms and tracking, which meant we eventually had to move lead capture to a third party tool. While it works very well for a small team, there are some open questions around how it would scale for larger or more complex organisations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

I use Nutshell for both American Window & Glass and Sprouse windows and the email/calendar shows that it is linked, but cannot get the Sprouse window sign in to actually work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent CRM. Excellent support. Excellent product."
5/5
What do you like best about Nutshell?

Nutshell is a fantastic product. My employer moved from an in-house CRM to Nutshell in the spring of this year. The transition was easy. The team was so supportive and helpful. No question was out of the question. We felt comfortable getting to the know the program. The trial before purchase was perfect, and all the items we added during the trial carried over into the live program.

I use Nutshell everyday. The reporting is fantastic. It's easy to find products and the easiest CRM I've ever used. The cost is absolutely worth the product, and I super appreciated that there was no extra cost for onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

My only complaint is that sometimes features change. This is generally announced beforehand, and feedback is requested afterward. But I do wish some changes were optional rather than mandatory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
