## About NOWNodes
NOWNodes is a blockchain infrastructure provider that gives Web3 developers API access to blockchain nodes across 120+ networks — without the overhead of deploying, syncing, and maintaining that infrastructure themselves. Built on geo-balanced shared and dedicated node infrastructure, NOWNodes exposes RPC, WebSocket, Blockbook, archive, Trace/Debug, and gRPC streaming interfaces — the building blocks wallets, dApps, exchanges, and trading tools need to read blockchain state and broadcast transactions. That means no separate node stack to deploy, sync, monitor, and scale for every chain a product supports. NOWNodes infrastructure is used by wallets, exchanges, and platforms including Trust Wallet, Exodus, Crypto.com, and Elliptic.

**What do you like best about NOWNodes?**

I really appreciate the broad network coverage that NOWNodes provides. It makes it easier for our team to work consistently and ensures stable access to multiple blockchains, which saves us time and effort that would otherwise go into maintaining each node in-house. The reliability of the service is crucial for us, as any issues can directly affect our users. Additionally, I find the support team to be quite responsive, which adds a layer of reassurance when we’re dealing with network connectivity as we expand our blockchain coverage. The initial integration was straightforward, with API access that didn't require much effort and made the transition smooth. This has allowed us to focus our team's efforts on developing the product and building new functionality. Overall, it feels like a valuable partnership that has grown since we moved from an in-house setup.

**What do you dislike about NOWNodes?**

I haven't experienced any major issue with NOWNodes. The only area we can expect improvement is a more proactive and granular communication. As the wallet I work in is multi-chain, I'd like to have the context about anything going wrong asap so that our support team can navigate users through challenges easily. The most useful updates would be early notifications about planned maintenance, network upgrades, degraded performance, and incidents which could affect specific blockchains or API endpoints. Since our wallet provides 24/7 support in the built-in chat, it's important for us to be aware of such issues.

**What problems is NOWNodes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NOWNodes helps with blockchain infrastructure, supporting different assets without deploying every node in-house. It keeps network connectivity stable as we expand coverage, saving time for developing new features. The reliability and responsive support are key for us.
