I used Chainstack over a weekend while testing an Arc Mainnet integration. I didn’t want to spin up and maintain a node just for a quick experiment, so I created an endpoint and hooked it up to an existing ethers.js project. It took about 10 minutes to get everything working end to end.

From my location, performance was solid. The only frustrating part was troubleshooting: I wasn’t always sure whether a couple of odd responses were Arc-specific or provider-specific, especially since there isn’t much troubleshooting content available yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part about Chainstack is how it makes Web3 infrastructure feel straightforward and dependable. The platform is easy to use, even when the underlying technical requirements are complex.

There isn’t much to dislike. Overall, any challenges I’ve run into feel more related to the complexity of the broader Web3 infrastructure space than to an issue with Chainstack itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The service itself has been performing well once properly configured, and I was especially impressed by the technical support experience.

I initially ran into a difficult issue where full transaction subscriptions were delivering far below the expected throughput. After quite a bit of testing, Luiz Moraes from Chainstack Support helped identify the actual cause: the HTTP/2 flow-control window on the grpc-js client connection.

After applying the recommended 16 MiB flow-control window, our full transaction stream improved to roughly 450–500 messages per second and started following the Solana chain head normally.

What I appreciated most was that the support team did not just give generic troubleshooting suggestions. Luiz responded quickly, reviewed the technical details carefully, reproduced the behavior on their side, and eventually provided a specific configuration change that solved the problem. What do you like best about Chainstack?

We use Chainstack for a Solana trading app, and the latency has been very good so far. From Frankfurt, we’re typically seeing response times in the few tens of milliseconds for the calls that matter most to us.

We also tested Alchemy previously. Both worked fine, but for our setup Chainstack was faster, and the pricing made more sense for our traffic level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We started using Chainstack because we needed reliable Base infrastructure with Flashblocks support, and the setup was much easier than expected. We didn’t have to spend much time figuring out the infrastructure side; the endpoint was ready quickly, performance has been consistent, and the team was helpful whenever we had questions about the integration. Flashblocks was still a relatively new feature, so some of the documentation and examples could have been more detailed. We had a few questions during testing, but support responded quickly and helped us sort them out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’m building a small analytics product on Sui, and at first I assumed I’d need to run a separate indexer to get some of the data I wanted. The GraphQL endpoint ended up covering much more than I expected. Queries are fast, filtering is straightforward, and I can fetch exactly what the UI needs instead of chaining together a bunch of RPC calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The docs are okay overall, but it took me a while to understand some of the GraphQL errors. I think the documentation would be clearer with more Sui-specific examples. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We moved one of our projects over mainly because of the pricing. The Growth plan is around $50 and gives us 250 RPS, which is a lot more useful for us than having a huge monthly request allowance paired with a low rate limit. Since our traffic is very bursty, we kept running into limits with our previous setup, so this change has been a better fit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The billing page could still be easier to use and more transparent. The UI can be pretty confusing at times, and it feels a bit all over the place sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’ve been using their XLayer RPC for a couple of months now. It’s been stable enough that I mostly forget it’s even there, which is exactly what I want from infrastructure :). Had one issue where we weren't sure if the errors were coming from XLayer or Chainstack. Support helped but status visibility could be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main thing we liked was how easy the team was to work with, especially the amazing support team. They were quick to add support for the Robinhood chain, so we were able to scale our infrastructure by adding one more endpoint. Communication was straightforward, technical questions were handled quickly, and the team was proactive whenever something needed attention. I like Chainstack for its sensible pricing, which allows me to know what I am paying for, unlike QuickNode which I migrated from. I pay less for the same usage compared to QuickNode. For comparison, I started with QuickNode at their old $50/mo pricing and they suddenly updated their pricing structure which increased my monthly bill to $250/mo. Shortly after our product grew, the bill would have become $1K/mo, which led me to look for alternatives. Chainstack came out on top. The support is prompt and quick to help if or when I encounter any issues. The transition from QuickNode was seamless, just requiring an update to the endpoints on my end.
