Since its security is based on this phrase never appearing on an online device, this is one of the key features I like about them and I also like its remote security feature. **What do you dislike about Blockstream?** Overall Blockstream Jade is really good but it has to be mentioned that it's a bit too complicated to use their recovery tool which being a new user can really be difficult to understand. **What problems is Blockstream solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has really been a time since I have now been using Blockstream's Jade for all of my Bitcoin assets and it was a bit complicated at the starting but now it really solves my problem maintaining all the bitcoin in my hardware wallet. Its remote secure element is the deal breaker for sure. ### 3.
