It was outstanding how it could assist the meeting minute making process. We're still trying to learn the ropes on this software, so far we've been able to put it to good use. It allows me to save most of the time, creating meeting notes, and agendas beforehand and also during meetings, marking important discussion notes helps me to save further time. The real-time live transcript feature is my favorite thing, sometimes the words aren't correct but it do the job well. The fact it can share the snippet of the recording with time stamps and transcribes, helps me get back to the information when in need is much faster. **What do you dislike about Notta?** There few things I dislike but it doesn't bother me much as a general user. 1. Although Airgram provides free 5 sessions per user it is a little bit low, So I have a humble request to Airgram to kindly increase the free session for the user. 2. The real-time transcribe doesn't work on some accents very well. 3. Shareable meetings can't be downloaded or maybe I didn't know how this works. **What problems is Notta solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves most of my usual meeting problems like creating notes, and agendas beforehand, so I can save my time and be productive during on or off meetings. It is also very helpful to cut some clips to share it with others. I like the way customer support reacts to issues and also how their Product Manager tries to get as much feedback as possible to improve the tool. **What do you dislike about Notta?** I would love to have a bit better accuracy in terms of transcripts, sometimes it is unclear, so we need to listen to the recording to understand what this part was about. Also, I would introduce a "highlight" feature to mark some important parts of a text without cutting it into clips. Having those parts of the text stored would be nice as well. **What problems is Notta solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Airgram during customers onboarding and also customer calls. First of all, it helps to share the recording and transcript with a customer as the file looks very well and they could share it internally. Also, it helps us to provide clear feedback to the rest of the team and catch every insight a customer shared with us. We also use those recordings internally a lot ,for example to provide a feedback on how a CSM led the call. Finally, our Marketing team watch those recordings and gather insights in terms of vocabulary our customers use. The fact that it can record and transcribe the meeting in real-time is my favorite thing about Airgram. I like the action items, it's easy to remember what you are supposed to do after a call. They also have other useful features like tracking the agenda during a meeting and sharing a snippet of the recording (we use it to pass customer feedback to other teams). Also, I like that their plans offers flexibility for small teams. We are a team of 3 people and while evaluating tools like Otter.io, a minimum 100 seats kind of limitation was offputting for us. **What do you dislike about Notta?** I really can't think of anything I dislike about Airgram. You get what you pay for. **What do you dislike about Notta?** I wanted to love this but this product has become a nuisance that frankly isn't worth the trouble. Despite revoking it's access to my calendars, the bot sporadically shows up to zoom meetings -- random meetings at random times often past the meeting start time. Deleting or cancelling my account is something I thought I had done several times. (the help site is void of what steps to take). Fingers crossed that the bot doesn't show up to any meetings tomorrow but not holding my breath.
