Notejoy recently introduced offline access to its web and desktop apps, enabling me to access my notes offline, modify and add new ones, and sync online. Notejoy's strength lies in its fully-featured collaboration platform and not just a note-taking application, an area in which Evernote comes up short. It's simple to manage who can view what on the team, keep tabs on who's making changes, have group discussions about priorities, and sort notes in any way that makes sense for the group. Notejoy allows the creation of a wide variety of digital notepads, supports a comprehensive set of attributes, and provides better search features. Notejoy does not have a feature of more advanced document formatting than Google Docs, Microsoft Office 365, and Zoho Docs. Even more, snagging is that it does not have any table creation feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With Notejoy I can easily share notes with my co-workers, they can add their comments, create new notes and folders. A great tool for creating a collaborative space for my team. The UI is clear and cohesive, you can easily distinguish who is the author of the note thanks to profile pictures. You can upload and embed a lot of files since the storage is virtually endless. The text editing options are fairly limited compared to other software (For instance Nimbus Note), The UI could use a bit of an improvement - looks outdated when compared again to other apps. And sometimes it can be hard to find a specific file. They also don't support colourful emojis in libraries/notebooks/note's names - which I tend to use a lot. It's like iOS Notes but with many more features and integrations. It quickly syncs across across multiple devices (Mac, Windows, mobile, web), is easily searched, and offers very innovative collaboration tools. It isn't bloated with too many options but includes everything I need. I'm especially appreciative of the security features (especially encryption and 2FA), the ease of sharing and collaboration, the desktop app, and the ability to create libraries with notebooks in which to group my notes. In short, it's easy and doesn't get in the way with my routine (and it's not cluttered up with different fonts and a mess of typefaces). Oh, and it has dark mode too! I can't think of anything to dislike at the moment. It just works and works well. I've tested Evernote, Microsoft OneNote, Simplenote, Wunderlist (now Microsoft To Do), Nimbus Note, and iOS Notes - they're all good but the only notes app I regularly use is Notejoy with iOS Notes coming in at second place largely due to shared notes with other non-Notejoy users. Notejoy team library is what stands out for me the most. By creating a library with fellow co-workers on the same project task, I am able to share notes with them by simply adding content to the library, and my added content gets automatically shared with my entire team .

No notetaking tool does "click and forward" action better than Notejoy. With this standout functionality, I have easily converted web pages into beautifully formatted notes,and shared it with team members in my project group. Asides this, it is not usually common for note taking apps. To integrate with alternative apps. That do similar things, however Notejoy integrates with a cross section of substitute applications like Onenote and Evernote, making it so easy to migrate notes into Notejoy. The best part about this digital note-taking software is that our entire team can create, collaborate and manage notes digitally from anywhere and through multiple devices such as computers, mobile, and tablets.
