It is easy to setup and once setup is completed, it's all automated

It lags customisation from a configuration point of view

It's helping people to automate information based customer support and if I set it up in my company it can cut the customer support expense for me

The whole process of creating a bot from naming to deployment is very easy.

**What do you dislike about Notbot?**

Their website is very crappy sometimes does not work, images does not load properly

**What problems is Notbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast deployment of WhatsApp bots. Very little coding involvement.
