**What do you like best about NorthStar Controller?**

maneuvering within the tool to different aspect of an account you are working on.

**What do you dislike about NorthStar Controller?**

gets too busy when you have multiple items open while assisting a client.

**What problems is NorthStar Controller solving and how is that benefiting you?**

knowing the data is at real-time and not having them wait 10 to 15 minutes for information.

**What do you like best about NorthStar Controller?**

I like the ease in maneuvering within the tool to different aspect of an account you are working on.

**What do you dislike about NorthStar Controller?**

It sometimes gets too busy when you have multiple items open while assisting a client.

It eases the customer knowing the have data is at real-time and not having them wait 10 to 15 minutes for information.
