**What do you like best about Expereo?**

The people are approachable and want to help. They listen and want to collaborate with you. They are honest and will apologise when something has not gone right. The fact that we have federation in MS Teams means it's easier to reach an individual. The Expereo One Portal is very intuitive, easy to use and gives really good data to see problems and fixes. The Expereo One portal is always up so the performance has never been a problem.

**What do you dislike about Expereo?**

I don't believe in the use of words such as dislike. Those that I work with in Expereo do their best so there is nothing to dislike. I can only encourage Expereo to keep building relationships in APAC and NA regions so they can become a true global partner for corporations.

**What problems is Expereo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When an issue occurs MS Teams federation means I can contact their Expereo's leads instantly. They are quick to respond and will provide good honest answers even if that's not something you don't want to hear. They keep us informed and that allows me to keep my customer up to date. When I contact Expereo I know they reach out to last mile providers and do their very best to resolve any telecom related issues. I believe our relationship and collaboration allows us to restore services quicker. This confidence on each also means that when Expereo want something from me then I will do it as quickly as possible. That is how a good working relationship should be!

**What do you like best about Expereo?**

They are a very proactive team. Even when not every case is resolved directly, they communicate transparently and often arrange follow-up meetings or send emails to make sure the issue stays a priority until it’s addressed.

**What do you dislike about Expereo?**

There have been moments when maintenance windows were not communicated by the carrier to Expereo. So this isn’t directly a dislike about Expereo, but I do think they could be more critical toward their suppliers by ensuring maintenance windows are communicated in time and by challenging some of the RCAs.

**What problems is Expereo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don’t need to manage multiple carriers across all the locations we handle locally. Instead, we have a single point of contact, along with monthly reviews with our account manager to stay aligned on the SLAs.

Reflecting on my experience with Expereo, there are several aspects that stand out. I’ve worked with them across multiple regions, including Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. What I appreciate most is their approach, they engage in a measured way, provide clear support without technical complexity, and reliably follow through on commitments.
 
Despite operating at an enterprise level, they maintain a personalised approach to client engagement, which helps strengthen the relationship.
 
In addition, their ability to offer strong value alongside real-time analytics supports both financial and operational decision-making. Their understanding of local legislation and cultural nuances also contributes to effective service delivery across different markets.

**What do you like best about Expereo?**

I really appreciate that Expereo delivers managed network underlay services for us, covering Europe, APAC, and Canada. They provide access to a wide variety of local providers and technologies without the need for us to enter into local agreements. It's beneficial that Expereo is pushing forward into LEO solutions alongside traditional DIA and broadband. Expereo also simplifies things by maintaining a single vendor relationship while leveraging their marketplace knowledge to make appropriate solutions available. They handle everything so we don't need to deal with local providers in their native languages. I also found them very capable during the initial setup process. They managed to migrate over 300 circuits smoothly, which is impressive given the complexity involved.

**What do you dislike about Expereo?**

One area where Expereo is focusing at present is on the speed of quoting. Previously, this has been an area where delays can occur, but they are moving the quote facility into their Expereo.one tool for a more interactive approach.

**What problems is Expereo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Expereo allows us to deliver network services across multiple markets with a single vendor, centralizes billing, and provides access to various local providers and technologies without needing local agreements or dealing with them in their language.

There’s no true downside when it’s the right fit. What’s important as a consultant, MSP, advisor, or partner is knowing when not to force a solution that the client’s environment doesn’t require.

**What problems is Expereo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From my perspective, that benefits my clients and me in several ways. Their UI/UX, through centralized management tools, provides better visibility into services, tickets, and network status. Integrations are valuable because they can fit into broader cloud, security, and enterprise environments rather than acting as a standalone carrier relationship. Performance improves through stronger global connectivity options, redundancy, and better alignment for cloud applications, voice, and critical operations.

From a pricing / ROI standpoint, it is not just about lowest monthly cost,it is about reducing downtime, internal management burden, and inefficiencies that become expensive over time. Support and onboarding are also important, especially for clients with multiple locations or international needs, because having one accountable partner simplifies deployment and issue resolution.

Looking ahead, the AI/intelligence side becomes increasingly valuable as businesses seek deeper network insights, predictive visibility, and smarter decision-making on performance and user experience. Overall, Expereo helps turn connectivity from a pain point into a business enabler.

I really appreciate how supportive the Expereo team is in delivering our new circuits and environment, which has significantly improved performance across all our offices and led to a substantial reduction in user complaints. The team's fantastic support during difficult situations truly stands out. It's valuable to have a partner like Expereo that we can trust to work with us and not treat us like just a number. **What do you like best about Expereo?**

I use Expereo for our Network/Internet Line in Shanghai, China. Expereo delivers an internet connection to locations that would be difficult for us to provide without their assistance. I find their services well-balanced, and their Global Platform/Management portal is one of the best I have had the chance to use. I'm happy with the Account Managers we've had so far; everyone has been quite helpful, friendly, and professional. The platform provides a full overview of our current services, including details on line status, outages, uptime, and downtime, which is helpful in communicating with local teams in Shanghai. Knowing the line status at all times is crucial for my role. The initial setup was very easy; they deployed the line in no time and without any headaches on our side.

I use Expereo for my global connectivity needs with my customers and prospects. Expereo provides me with a reputable, long-time service provider partner I can count on to take care of my customers. The people at Expereo are what I like most. It starts with them; they care. They are smart and experienced, focusing on helping my business and my sub agent's businesses. The initial setup with Expereo was super easy, and they are very accessible and knowledgeable about the industry inside and out.

**What do you dislike about Expereo?**

Not much isn't working. They're busy and they work on complicated network requests, so maybe I would say that the time to scope out a solution could be improved, but that's a minor ask. Complex solutions require thoughtful review, so it's all good!

I really appreciate Expereo for providing a centralized contact point, which simplifies the process of procuring overseas internet circuits. They take ownership of the process, which not only saves us from having to engage with individual ISPs in each country but also significantly reduces the time we invest in administrative work. Additionally, the customer portal is very useful as it shows the status of our circuits, any faults, open tickets, etc.

The initial setup was drawn out with a lengthy NDA and MSA process. It could have been smoother with more coordination from legal parties.

Expereo saves us from contacting individual ISPs in each country. It acts as a single point of contact and reduces time in administrative work. I like their centralized contact point; it simplifies processes by taking ownership.

The customer service is responsive and solution-focused. Alban is amazing and very helpful. Expereo’s portal is also easy to use and intuitive, which makes the overall experience smooth.

There’s a nine-hour time difference between my location and our EMEA partners. Even so, I think it makes sense to have our representative based in EMEA, especially when we need to handle troubleshooting locally within the region.

We are remodeling and refitting our sites, and Expereo is helping us upgrade our circuits. They are also handling the de-installs and re-installs as part of the work.

I find their technical design effective in addressing latency issues for regions far from the HQ, especially by resolving slowness problems we faced with low-grade local internet services. Additionally, the initial setup of Expereo was easy, with instructions that were simple to follow.

I would say if they can provide more competitive pricing to compete with the regional local ISP. The price of internet is getting lower each year. No idea, the price offered by Expereo connections in Vietnam is way too high if compared to their local offering.

I like that Expereo can streamline the procurement of a new link and take care of the full diversity by starting discussions with different ISPs available in the area. The setup of Expereo was very smooth, and every time I need to onboard or cancel a link, it is very easy to set up.

Expereo stands out for its friendly and approachable team, combined with very open and transparent communication. The people I work with are easy to engage with and bring a strong personal touch to every interaction, which makes the collaboration feel genuinely human rather than transactional.
We are continuously working on optimizing our supplier relationships and often require a certain level of customization. Expereo handles this very well. They are flexible, think along with us, and are always willing to adapt to our needs. This makes them a valuable and reliable partner.
Additionally, they are a knowledgeable and professional discussion partner in the field of connectivity, which helps us make better-informed decisions.

At the moment, I don’t have any real points of criticism. Overall, I simply find the collaboration very pleasant and effective.

Proactive monitoring helps us cut down on troubleshooting time. The centralized portal and consolidated billing make it easier to manage our offices’ internet connections.

The scheduling from installation through the activation process is still delayed because Expereo remains the middle person coordinating with the ISP providers.

I like that Expereo offers centralized, standardized, diverse circuits, which helps streamline my international DIA needs. The consistency is a standout feature for me, and I appreciate having attentive Sales Reps and Project Managers who support the consistent process and paperwork. It's also convenient to have a one-stop shopping solution, simplifying many of my service needs. The easy setup was another positive aspect that made our switchover from multiple providers to Expereo seamless.

I feel at times the customer support team can be improved. Met a couple of scenarios whereby we have a P2 issue but unable to get any support from Expereo to join our bridge call until we connect with account manager.

I like how the Expereo.one portal is complete and helps us see what we have in place, what's being delivered, and how the WAN links are performing. The speed of providing solutions that adapt to our needs is impressive, and the customer support is solid for all our complex requirements once a site goes live. The initial setup was very easy with no trouble at all, and the team was very helpful in setting everything up.

Expereo is not strong on MAN and dark fiber solutions, which is something we rarely need but still would appreciate to have, just in case.

We receive immediate support during critical incidents, which helps us achieve quick turnarounds in resolution. We also get timely updates related to incidents and planned maintenance that may occur due to the ISP or other factors, which helps us plan accordingly.

In some situations, we did not receive a replacement ISP provider even after raising complaints about not getting the right ISP support during critical incidents. Additionally, in a few cases, the pricing offer was not competitive.

Managing multiple ISPs across different locations and regions is always a challenge, and Expereo has helped us sort this out by handling everything in the backend. This gives us a clearer view of how our network is operating on a day-to-day basis.

I like the Quick response in obtaining quotes and flexibility in identifying the customer's preferred last-mile carrier by country/region and offering competitive pricing + fast delivery. I also appreciate the ongoing automatic email updates and customization of client-requested templates for weekly reviews/updates (the quality of content is clear and optimal)

**What do you dislike about Expereo?**

The only disadvantageous aspect of Expereo is that its price is a bit high and not very flexible. Beyond that, there is no disadvantage or aspect that I do not like, everything works great and we are very satisfied.
