**What do you like best about NordPass Business?**

My NordPass Business account was so easy to create and set up. I was able to start saving my passwords immediately, taking away the stress of remembering all my logins when starting my new job. I love the password generator feature - its easy for me to get in the habit of using the same passwords for everything, but this way I don't have the stress of trying to remember, and I can be sure I am using strong and secure passwords. I use my NordPass business account every working day and it's especially useful after a period of annual leave, so that I don't have to remember my logins myself. I have not had to use Customer Support yet, because it is so easy and intuitive to use already. There are so many additional features I have not yet used such as credit cards, secure notes and password health - I feel that NordPass have thought of everything and I know that the platform will be sustainable as I grow into my new role and the security requirements.

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

A downside I have experienced is the requirement to login every time I power up my laptop. That said, now that I am used to it, I can remember my master password (as it's only one I have to remember!) and I appreciate that this provides additional security.

**What problems is NordPass Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me solve the problem of always needing to remember my own passwords and forgetting/ needing to reset. I no longer have this problem. It also ensures that all of my passwords are strong and secure, when previously I was needing to reuse passwords in order to remember them.

**What do you like best about NordPass Business?**

It is definitely one of the best password management tools, it adapts well to all needs, the user experience is clear and pleasant, and the update of items is immediate. The auto-detect function for extra fields when entering a new password is fantastic; it creates new custom fields on the spot (for example, when saving access to a server or a database and you need to enter codes into multiple fields).

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

Unfortunately, the auto-fill icon sometimes appears on video players instead of the cursor (for example, on the Google Drive player). It’s a shame that you can’t organize things into sub-folders, and if you have both a personal and a business account, you can’t link them and view one inside the other – you have to switch between them, which is very inconvenient for auto-filling passwords.

Nordpass Business offers a clean, user-friendly interface that makes managing and sharing passwords across our team simple and secure. The ability to organize credentials by vaults and assign access based on roles has saved us time and improved internal accountability. We especially appreciate the data breach scanner and zero-knowledge architecture—it helps us stay proactive about client security. We use it every day so it really is helpful for streamlining security and ensuring that we have visibility into breaches.

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

The browser extension can occasionally lag or need a refresh to recognize new logins. While not a dealbreaker, better syncing across platforms (desktop/mobile) would enhance the experience. More granular admin controls for larger teams would also be a great addition. We haven't had any customers complain about any implementation issues.

**What do you like best about NordPass Business?**

We are only a small business, and may people need to know the same passwords. That users can be grouped into teams and once a person joins the team, they have access to all the passwords in that team.  I like the fact that I can share passwords with external people too (like service providers).  When a person leaves, I have the option to transfer their passwords to another, that is very useful too.  I received personal assistance quickly after I have asked a question.
It was easy to implement the software, there are handy ways to import passwords from elsewhere.  I use it every day.

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

It is a little demanding and appears over some of my text and it is difficult to get rid of the 'helpful' attempt at filling in a value.  This sometimes prevent me from filling in whatever form I am working on without trying to resize or something to get the 'helpful' window out of my way.  Once I have logged in for the day, it stil needs me to log in more times.  I wish I could just log in for the day and be done with it.  This application is far too visible in my daily activities.

Securely stores and shares passwords in our business. Keeps passwords off sticky notes, excel spreadsheets and peoples notebooks.

**What do you like best about NordPass Business?**

The Chrome browser extension makes logging in to sites and storing new passwords easy. The team was previously using  scribbled passwords in notebooks, so moving to a digital solution had to be straightforward, which it was. Sharing certain passwords across the team is very useful where one login is used by everyone, making password changes more secure. Overall, integrating Nordpass into the business and encouraging everyone to use it has proved an excellent improvement to the company.

I had to set up two passwords originally and sometimes I'm not sure which password is being asked for on login.

Insecure storage of passwords in notebooks has been a problem - moving to Nordpass has tightened security immensely.

**What do you like best about NordPass Business?**

We searched for the most optimal password manager for our 10+ people company. We have tried a couple of options and ended up selecting NordPass and since then, we used it daily. It's highly flexible, the plugins for Safari and Chrome work flawlessly, and we used to have problems with this from other suppliers. Items can be easily reshared between employees. A cool add-on is keeping TOTP codes within the password item, the same NordPass mobile app. They have also done great work with context switching between private/business.

Every item needs to be shared individually. The folder sharing is available only in NordPass Business Enterprise option.

It helped us share the credentials to the apps we develop easily between team members. It has increase the security by enforcing the usage of secure password towards the business 3rd party applications our team is using at work.

**What do you like best about NordPass Business?**

First off, we appreciate how simple NordPass is to use. We were using LastPass before, but since the master account was tied to a former team member - and with growing concerns about security - we decided it was time to switch.

Compared to LastPass, NordPass feels much more straightforward. It doesn’t overwhelm you with endless customisation options, which can be a bit much, especially for small teams. In our case, all we really needed was something that makes logging into internal and client accounts quick and easy. While security is obviously super important, most people just want a tool that works without adding extra steps - and NordPass strikes that balance really well by keeping the essentials front and center and leaving the rest optional.

The second thing we like is the pricing. With LastPass, we were sharing one account across the whole company because of the cost (not ideal, we know). But with NordPass, we were finally able to give each team member their own account. It’s made things so much smoother, especially with everyone working from different locations and devices.

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

To start with, the registration process felt a bit tedious. I’m pretty comfortable with tools like 2FA and password managers in general, but even I found it a little confusing at times. And I noticed it was even more challenging for some of my teammates - at least three of them needed help over a call just to get signed up and understand how 2FA works. It might be worth offering clearer guidance or a bit more onboarding support for users who aren’t as tech-savvy.

I also remember getting tripped up during the initial setup when I was asked to create a "Master Password." That made sense - I figured it was the main password protecting everything else. But then I was prompted to create another password, and I wasn’t sure if it was supposed to be the same one or something different. I think the wording and explanations around that part could be a lot clearer, especially for users who are new to password managers or managing multiple accounts under one organisation.

Functionality-wise, there are a few things that could be improved. For example, I've run into a bug where clicking on a saved password link takes me to a broken URL - like it duplicates the address: https://www.myservice.com/login/https://www.myservice.com/login/. That can be frustrating, especially when the saved URL looks fine at first glance.

One of the more annoying issues is how often the browser extension logs me out during the day. In today’s fast-paced workflows, having to log back in repeatedly can really slow things down, especially with Electron-based apps and JS extensions already being a bit sluggish.

There’s also some interference when I’m using multiple password managers - sometimes the icons from different extensions overlap in form fields, which makes it hard to click the right one. It’d be great if NordPass could handle that a bit more gracefully.

Lastly, I’ve noticed NordPass sometimes shows up in every single field on forms, even when those fields clearly aren’t for login info. And occasionally it’ll pop up with a list of saved credentials when I’m just trying to fill out a basic contact form. It can get a bit overwhelming and distracting.

Password management. We are a marketing agency, we work with loads of different clients simultaneously so we needed a place to store various, and a way to share them. That's all we care about, really.

**What do you like best about NordPass Business?**

How easily it is to share information within our organization and the auto fill in process. It can automatically generate and save secure passwords as you are setting up systems or creating cloud accounts. Customer Support has been fast when needed although the product just works so its not often. In IT we use this product everyday and its a core system for us.

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

Sometimes it can be a little glitchy or the auto fill doesnt work. Rebiiting the machine will fix this issue and its not too often.

It safely stores our passwords behind 2FA and we also use it to generate new secure passwords for our systems.

**What do you like best about NordPass Business?**

They use good security measures that has been independently reviewed and recommended, so this is one of a very few I'd consider comfortably safe these days.

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

The UI can be chunky — not as bad as legacy stuff like LastPass, but not nearly as easy to use as 1Password.

It's missing proper integration between the web browser plugin (where you use it most of the time) and the desktop app (which I often have open for other reference) — it's frustrating that the fingerprint login on the desktop app doesn't work on the web extension, for example.

It's very buggy, with frequent updates required (which often solve a one bug but introduce another).

Safekeeping of the zillions of passwords and logins that one needs to maintain just to get work done these days.

Managing access for my entire team is simple and just works, we use a bunch of plattforms and nordpass makes it super easy to implement across teams. I use it every day and when there is an issue the chat support is quick.

I understand that for security reasons they need to log you out but its frustrating to have to login everytime you switch wifi networks.

Access managment to the many plattforms we use as a business and need to be used by multiple people, shiping software, warehousing, crm, erp and so on. Onboarding new team members is as simple as adding them to a shared folder.

I appreciate NordPass Business’s seamless integration with Vanta, which significantly smoothens our ISO certification process. The pricing structure is quite reasonable, especially for a team of five, and aligns well with our budget constraints.

the user interface needs streamlining. The current setup with a separate admin panel and app is cumbersome and not user-friendly. The two-step authentication process is cumbersome, especially when compared to the experience with similar services like One Password. Overall usability is not super great, rating it as a six out of ten. there is definitely room for improvement for a tool that is used daily.

**What do you like best about NordPass Business?**

User friendly, easy to add new information in, easy to share information amongst collogues, the extension makes it easy to have all your passwords right there, very easy to import all passwords stored in Microsoft Edge and Chrome. I go in and out of various websites throughout the day so I have to access my passwords frequently and it's always easy to track down what I'm looking for. It usually autofill's most of the passwords required too.

It's easy to create new passwords for websites, update passwords, and organize any notes (pin numbers, etc.). The app is straightforward as well, and I trust NordPass's security measures. I use it all day, every day - and thankful I only have to remember one password! I have reached out to support a few times (a user error on my part) and the reps were quick and helpful.

The integration with multiple different browser is a great thing to have. The platform allows for secure password sharing among team members, reducing reliance on insecure methods like spreadsheets or email. The features NordPass offers are very helpful and NordPass offers more than a regular user should ask for.

NordPass lacks a meaningful subfolder structure which makes imports from let's say KeePass somewhat clunky and time consuming. 
NordPass password filtering option is also lacking - the keywords in the search bar have to be typed in word for word and keyword searches are often difficult since you can't have two unrelated words (unordered) from an entry - KeePass did it better...
The user interface is quite bulky, in my opinion it should have a smaller font and a smaller preview window.

NordPass is proving to be a reliable password manager with unlimited storage, a password generator, health reports, import/export options and a version history for entries.

I've used NordPass and Dashlane for work and various other systems for personal accounts, and NordPass is one of the better password managers. It has a simple and easy-to-navigate interface and intuitive ways to create, save, and later edit new logins/passwords. On my team, we've found the Shared Folders to be particularly useful - gone are the days of saving a passwords spreadsheet on the team drive! We also share Secure Notes and Credit Cards quite often, both dedicated features of NordPass.

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

I have very minor complaints that truly don't affect my overall great experience with NordPass Business. The first is that the automatic password generator doesn't allow you to specify parameters, such as min/max length or special characters allowed/required, which is an issue for the occasional website. Also, sometimes I don't want to save a login on NordPass, but the prompt will keep popping up for the next 2-3 pages - I think one reminder popup would be sufficient.

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

Don't like how each password has to be shared individually and can't batch share by multiple-selection or share a whole folder of passwords to others, like LastPass. In lastpass, you can share entire folders to any number of people and then can even set the access rights for each of those passwords within the folder individually all on one screen, just by ticking checkboxes. No need to go through the sharing processing and different interfaces again and again when you're working with a bunch of different groups of people who need access to a groups of different things.

**What problems is NordPass Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not needing to remember passwords, keeping passwords secure, and being able to share login access without exposing passwords –– the usual things that a password manager can do.

I really appreciate that NordPass allows me to store MFA codes and also lets me share passwords with varying levels of access. This flexibility makes managing my accounts much easier.

As an admin, I am looking for comprehensive and robust reporting features.

The password management features available throughout the organization are quite effective we can track weak passwords, password reuse, and I also appreciate the dark web scanning capability, which helps identify any breaches involving leaked passwords.

It's incredibly helpful to have a security with my VA who lives overseas. It allows us to conduct business with a trusted security for all our passwords, which is a highly valuable asset. Easy to integrate and use. We are on NordPass throughout the entire work day. I highly recommend.

At this point I have not run into anything I dislike about NordPass Business.

I feel secure knowing that all of my passwords are stored in a safe place and are easily retrievable whenever I need them. When creating a new password, it automatically gives you the option of choosing what you need.

I don't see a downside to having NordPass.  Why would you not want to have all of your passwords stored in a secure but accessible place?

It works well especially on PC. It's pretty easily accessible and very convenient while still being secure, and it works well across devices. It's also very nice being able to share passwords and data securely between members of our organization.

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

My biggest gripe is when you log in some places, it has the option to view your password so you can make sure it's correct (typically a little eye icon), but when you have NordPass, their little logo for using auto-fill covers over and blocks that so you can't visually confirm the password is the one you need. Not a huge deal, but annoying at times. I also prefer Apple's password manager and use it instead for personal applications because I like the UI better, I trust its security more, and it just seems more polished. But if I didn't have Apple devices, I'd use NordPass personally as well.

Storing and sharing passwords securely. It means we don't have to constantly write down and store physical versions of our passwords which are liable to get lost and such. I feel like the benefit of that is pretty self explanatory.

**What do you like best about NordPass Business?**

I've been using NordPass for a while now and honestly, it's been a game-changer. If you're someone who constantly forgets passwords or ends up using the same one everywhere (guilty!), this tool makes life so much easier.

The setup was super straightforward — just install it, create a master password, and you're good to go. The interface is clean and really easy to navigate, even if you're not particularly techy. I like how it autofills login info across websites and apps without fuss, and the browser extension works smoothly without being annoying.

One thing I really appreciate is how secure it feels. Everything is encrypted locally before syncing, and it supports things like biometric login, which makes logging in quick but still safe. Plus, there's a handy password health checker that helps spot weak or reused passwords.

It also stores things like credit card details, secure notes, and even Wi-Fi passwords — which I never realised I'd find so useful until I started using it.

Overall, NordPass just works. It’s simple, secure, and does exactly what it promises without overcomplicating things. Highly recommend it if you’re tired of juggling passwords or just want something that helps you stay a bit more secure online without the headache.

That said, NordPass isn’t perfect. The mobile app, while generally good, can occasionally be a bit slow to sync or autofill, especially on certain websites. Also, while the desktop app is slick, some advanced features like password sharing and item categorisation could be a bit more flexible or intuitive. Nothing deal-breaking, but worth keeping in mind if you're comparing with other password managers.

**What do you like best about NordPass Business?**

Super useful to store passwords and login fast. In our business, we have to bounce between several accounts and websites, each one with a different login info, so this makes changing from one to the other pretty seamless. Also makes access for all employees pretty easy, which allows us to get back to our duties faster without wasting time on logins.

That is logs out automatically after a while, so you have to reenter the master password often

Very easy to use. Able to swap website seamlessly and able to have more security having a different login and password for each one.

**What do you like best about NordPass Business?**

It is very helpful that all the passwords are in one place and can be shared with others making it easier to share access, especially for a small team. It also helps as an admin to not have to remember all my passwords and still be able to access both admin passwords and personal business ones from the same account as a result of the sharing feature.

**What do you dislike about NordPass Business?**

We are having a hard time changing the admin of the business subscription. Our previous admin left, and despite providing the invoice from the business and showing that the person is no longer active, the team insists that without the previous admin, they cannot move admin rights. That has been a truly disappointing experience.

**What problems is NordPass Business solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping to secure our access and making it easy to transfer access. We have had a period of upheaval and a lot of changes and Nordpass Business has ensured we didn't lose access to a lot of systems despite a  lot of people leaving

Best in the industry service. 
Excellent website and customer service.
From enquiry to onboarding- smooth transition.
The product was easy to use and onboard to the team. NordPass business team provided us with resources and account manager was available to answer any questions. 

The sales handover to account manager was great. 

The team uses the product daily. It was easy to integrate with our platforms. Rollout was simple to the teams.

As a small business without an internal IT team we needed a little bit more help to roll out the product. However, there are no issues with the product itself.

Nothing, really. i haven't found a single thing to dislike. probably the price? But it is well worth it.
